What You’ll Do
Every day is different. You’ll have the opportunity to:
- Welcome customers and create an outstanding first impression.
- Learn about each customer’s needs, lifestyle, and budget.
- Match customers with the perfect new or pre-owned vehicle.
- Demonstrate the latest Ford technology, safety features, and performance.
- Conduct engaging test drives.
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with customers using phone, email, and text.
- Utilize CRM technology to stay organized and maximize sales opportunities.
- Deliver an exceptional purchase experience from greeting to delivery.
