Descrição da Vaga:

Buscamos um(a) Analista de Dados Sênior para atuar na estruturação, integração e governança dos dados corporativos, sendo responsável por transformar dados de múltiplos sistemas em indicadores confiáveis e dashboards consistentes. Esse profissional terá papel chave na organização do ambiente de dados, atuando desde o saneamento das bases até a definição de métricas, padrões e fontes oficiais de informação.

Responsabilidades e Atribuições:

- Mapear, documentar e manter o inventário das fontes de dados corporativas (ERP Protheus, sistemas próprios, bancos SQL e outras fontes);

- Realizar saneamento, padronização e consolidação de dados, garantindo consistência entre sistemas;

- Desenvolver e manter modelos de dados analíticos que suportem indicadores corporativos;

- Criar e manter dashboards e relatórios gerenciais e operacionais, alinhados às áreas de negócio;

- Desenvolver e otimizar consultas SQL, views e estruturas intermediárias (staging / data marts simples);

- Apoiar a definição e evolução da governança de dados, incluindo:

  • Definição de fontes oficiais (single source of truth);
  • Padronização de métricas e indicadores;
  • Organização de acessos e versionamento;

- Garantir que os indicadores reflitam corretamente as regras de negócio dos sistemas;

- Documentar métricas, regras de cálculo, fontes de dados e dependências;

- Fazer parte do time de TI e trabalhar em parceria com equipe de desenvolvimento e áreas de negócio.

Requisitos e Qualificações:

- Experiência sólida como Analista de Dados ou função equivalente;

- Domínio de SQL Server (consultas complexas, joins, views);

- Experiência com ambientes multissistemas e dados de diferentes origens;

- Conhecimento em modelagem de dados analítica;

- Capacidade de transformar necessidades do negócio em indicadores claros e consistentes;

- Perfil organizado, analítico e com boa comunicação.

Requisitos Desejáveis:

- Experiência integrando dados de ERP + sistemas desenvolvidos internamente;

- Conhecimento mais aprofundado do modelo de dados do Protheus;

- Experiência com ETL leve (SSIS, Power Query, scripts SQL);

- Vivência com ambientes híbridos (on-premises + cloud);

- Experiência com Power BI Service, gateways e atualização automática;

- Noções práticas de governança de dados e qualidade da informação.

- Experiência com ferramentas de BI (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik ou similar);
