Descrição da Vaga:

Buscamos um Desenvolvedor Delphi Pleno/Sênior para atuar no desenvolvimento, sustentação e evolução de sistemas corporativos e operacionais críticos. Espera-se um profissional com forte domínio técnico, autonomia para tomada de decisões e capacidade de atuar em ambientes complexos, com impacto direto na operação.

Requisitos e Atribuições:

- Desenvolver, manter e evoluir sistemas em Delphi, garantindo estabilidade e performance;

- Atuar de forma autônoma na análise e solução de problemas complexos em sistemas legados;

- Desenvolver e otimizar rotinas em SQL Server (queries, procedures, views);

- Participar da definição e melhoria de arquitetura de aplicações existentes;

- Atuar em integrações entre sistemas próprios, ERP e soluções de terceiros;

- Executar e validar GMUDs relacionadas a aplicações e banco de dados;

- Apoiar tecnicamente equipes de suporte (N2/N3) quando necessário;

- Documentar soluções técnicas e regras de negócio implementadas;

- Contribuir com boas práticas de desenvolvimento, segurança e performance.

Requisitos e Qualificações;

- Experiência sólida com Delphi (ambiente corporativo);

- Domínio de Microsoft SQL Server, incluindo análise de performance;

- Vivência comprovada com sistemas legados e ambientes críticos;

- Experiência com Windows Server e aplicações corporativas;

- Capacidade de atuar com autonomia, senso de prioridade e responsabilidade técnica;

- Boa comunicação para interação com times técnicos e áreas de negócio;

- Conhecimento em integrações (APIs, serviços, troca de arquivos).

Requisitos Desejáveis:

- Experiência em ambientes logísticos, portuários ou operacionais;

- Experiência com versionamento de código (Git, SVN ou similares);

- Vivência em refatoração e modernização de sistemas legados;

- Noções de segurança da informação aplicada a sistemas.
