Join our dynamic team as the Lead Barista at the franchised Starbucks located within the Marriott Orlando Downtown. This exciting role offers the opportunity to craft exceptional coffee experiences for both our valued hotel guests and the vibrant community of Creative Village and Downtown Orlando. If you have a passion for coffee, leadership, and delivering outstanding customer service, this is the perfect position for you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the barista team to ensure efficient and friendly service that meets Starbucks’ high standards.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality Starbucks beverages and food items consistently and with care.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment for all customers.
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Assist in training and development of new and current team members.
  • Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Marriott Orlando Downtown management and Starbucks corporate guidelines to optimize store performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a barista with leadership or supervisory responsibilities preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Starbucks products and adherence to quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexible availability to support morning, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
