I-RESPONSABILITES GENERALES :

Accueil des clients et leurs familles.

Délivrer un service de haute qualité pour rendre inoubliable l’expérience de vacances.

Cette fonction est en contact direct et constant avec les clients et nécessitera une grande polyvalence

Assister le manager dans diverses tâches précisées dans les fonctions générales

II-FONCTIONS :

Générales :

Fournir un service client de première qualité.

Suivre et respecter les procédures de travail au marketplace et au bar et agir en conséquences en cas de problèmes.

Gérer et être responsable de sa caisse

Gérer les stocks du marketplace et du bar

Enregistrer les ventes conformément aux procédures de la compagnie

Aider à l’inventaire conformément aux procédures de la compagnie

Adopter les standards vestimentaires de la compagnie

Avoir une présentation impeccable, être courtois et démontrer une attitude commerciale

Veiller à protéger le matériel et les biens de la Compagnie contre le vol, les dégradations, etc…

Entretenir son lieu de travail en suivant les procédures de travail et à s’assurer du respect des mesures d’hygiène (HACCP).

Effectuer le service de livraisons dans les villas (check list des 39 points).

S’adapter aux changements et évolutions de l’offre aux clients au bar et marketplace.

Etre capable de préparer et faire les inventaires par période du marketplace et du bar (avec ou sans son manager) et d’établir les rapports en conséquence

Etre capable d’assurer tous les horaires

En l’absence du manager être en mesure d’agir en cas de problème de personnel (absence, maladie,…) et de fournisseur (rupture de stock, etc…)

En l’absence du manager, gérer les stocks et commandes selon les procédures établies

Toujours rester à l’écoute des clients et de la demande, et proposer des nouvelles idées

Travail sous zone à température variantes

Port de charge jusqu’à 35 kilos

Participation aux réunions de service

Vous êtes flexible.

Vous êtes disponible les weeks-end et jours fériés.

Vous avez un bon niveau l’anglais
