POSITION SUMMARY

In this role you will lead a passionate team dedicated to delivering exceptional service, meaningful recognition, and personalised experiences that inspire guest loyalty and strengthen long-term member relationships. Oversee the day-to-day operations of our loyalty program, ensuring members receive outstanding services and program benefits at every touchpoint of their journey.

  • Drive member engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team to acheive service excellence.
  • Oversee loyalty program activities, promotions, rewards, and member benefits.
  • Respond to member feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to enhance program performance and member experiences.
  • Build meaningful relationships with members and create memorable guest experiences.
  • Ensure compliance with Marriott policies, procedures, and service standards.

Your Vibe:

  • Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 3 years of customer service, loyalty, guest relations, hospitality, or related experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
