Operador(a) Júnior – Mars Snacking – Guararema/SP

Seu Propósito e Impacto na Mars

Nesta posição, você fará parte do time de Manufatura Snacking, tendo o papel fundamental de operar equipamentos e processos produtivos com segurança, qualidade e eficiência. Você contribuirá diretamente para o atingimento dos volumes planejados, indicadores de performance e padrões operacionais da Mars, assegurando a excelência na produção de nossos produtos. Atuando de forma colaborativa, também participará de iniciativas de melhoria contínua, impulsionando a performance, a segurança e a qualidade dos processos.

O que nós procuramos?

Requisitos Essenciais

  • Ensino Médio Completo.
  • Experiência em processos produtivos e operações industriais.
  • Experiência com operação de máquinas e equipamentos industriais.
  • Conhecimento básico de GMP (Boas Práticas de Fabricação) e HSE (Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente).
  • Disponibilidade para atuar presencialmente em Guararema/SP, em escala 6x2, no turno A (23h00 às 07h10).

Requisitos Desejáveis

  • Curso Técnico ou Profissionalizante.
  • Curso de Informática.
  • Conhecimento em TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
  • Vivência em ferramentas de melhoria contínua, como Kaizen, PDCA e metodologias de solução de problemas.
  • Experiência em ambiente industrial de alimentos, bens de consumo ou manufatura.

Quais serão suas principais responsabilidades?

  • Operar equipamentos e processos produtivos, garantindo o cumprimento dos padrões de segurança, qualidade e produtividade estabelecidos pela Mars.
  • Executar atividades de manutenção autônoma, incluindo limpeza, inspeção, lubrificação e pequenos reparos, assegurando a confiabilidade dos equipamentos e a continuidade da operação.
  • Monitorar indicadores operacionais, de qualidade, segurança e perdas, identificando desvios, realizando escalonamentos quando necessário e garantindo registros precisos das atividades.
  • Apoiar intervenções de manutenção e engenharia, contribuindo para a segurança dos associados, segurança dos alimentos e eficiência dos processos produtivos.
  • Orientar e desenvolver os auxiliares da área, reforçando o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais, regras de qualidade e segurança.
  • Contribuir para iniciativas de melhoria contínua por meio da participação em programas como Kaizen, PDCA e solução de problemas, além da criação e compartilhamento de lições de um ponto para disseminação de conhecimento.
