Account Executive- Commercial Property and Casualty

We are looking for a talented Account Executive to join Marsh's Client Services team. This is a hybrid role — available at any Marsh office across the U.S. — with a minimum of three days per week in the office, giving you the flexibility to do your best work while staying connected to a collaborative, high-energy team.

In this role, you will lead daily client operations from both a strategic and administrative perspective: coordinating complex logistics, managing task assignments for client relationship projects, and ensuring clear communication and swift problem resolution. Your risk expertise and client instincts will directly influence outcomes for our clients — and your career.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Evaluate client risks by reviewing loss experience, cash flow, and financials — developing tailored solutions and clearly articulating the impact of options across product lines.
  • Retain existing business and partner with Account Management colleagues to identify and capture new business opportunities.
  • Execute growth and retention strategies that drive measurable progress toward sales goals.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers to deliver best-in-class service and fuel sustainable growth.
  • Act as a primary client contact — resolving complex needs and questions with speed, expertise, and a consistently outstanding client experience.
  • Stay ahead of shifting market conditions and ensure full compliance with all professional, transparency, and regulatory standards.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You are a results-driven risk professional with sharp analytical skills and a talent for building client relationships that last. To be considered, you will need:
  • Substantial experience in risk evaluation and management, including financial analysis and loss experience review.
  • Proven ability to develop and recommend risk solutions across multiple product lines.
  • Strong client relationship management skills with a track record of retention and business growth.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate complex risk concepts into clear, compelling guidance for clients.
  • Solid knowledge of compliance and professional standards relevant to risk management.
