El proyecto formativo de MARSH tiene como objetivo garantizar que las prácticas académicas externas realizadas por estudiantes en la empresa les permitan aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en su formación y la adquisición de competencias profesionales.

El objetivo principal de las mismas es la integración de los estudiantes en el entorno profesional a través del desarrollo de actividades prácticas supervisadas que permitan el desarrollo de competencias técnicas y transversales.

Estamos buscando a un estudiante con gran talento para hacer prácticas uniéndose a nuestro equipo de Placement, en nuestra oficina de Madrid.

Contaremos contigo para que, bajo la supervisión del/ de la Tutor/a puedas:

• Soporte en tareas de colocación de riesgos junto con ejecutivos y el departamento de Placement. • Aprendizaje en el análisis de pólizas y coberturas (pólizas sencillas y programas internacionales). • Soporte en la preparación de submissions al mercado. • Participación y apoyo en proyectos de automatización de procesos para el departamento de Placement. • Ayuda en el archivo y mantenimiento de información interna del departamento. • Soporte en el registro de oportunidades de negocio y actualización de ficheros. • Apoyo en el envío y archivo de documentación de compliance.

Lo que necesitas tener:

• Cursando estudios en ADE o similar. • Nivel intermedio de inglés B2/C1. • Dominio paquete Office (Outlook, Excel y PowerPoint). • Tener iniciativa y un sentido alto de la responsabilidad. • Proactividad y ganas de aprender.

• Excelentes habilidades interpersonales para comunicarse con diferentes equipos de la compañía. • Deseo de aprender y un alto grado de trabajo en equipo.

• Capacidad de colaboración en equipo y alto nivel de comunicación

• Capacidad Analítica

• Capacidad Innovación
