Rejoignez notre équipe Conseil Executive Compensation, une équipe à taille humaine, reconnue et dynamique, et participez à des projets stratégiques pour des comités de rémunération, directions générales et DRH d’entreprises françaises et internationales.

Scope :

Rémunération des dirigeants, gouvernance, compétitivité marché (benchmark), équité interne, égalité H/F, définition de politique salariale, construction de structure de rémunération, design et mise en œuvre de rémunération variable individuelle et collective/M&A : audit et harmonisation des structures de rémunération/Classification des emplois selon la méthodologie IPE /Management de la performance / Développement RH/ Définition de parcours de carrière et trajectoires professionnelles…

Nous comptons sur vous pour :

  • Conseiller les clients sur leurs enjeux stratégiques et opérationnels : diagnostic, conception de solutions différenciantes et à forte valeur ajoutée.
  • Construire et entretenir des relations de haut niveau avec les décideurs (COMEX, DRH, Directeurs C&B, dirigeants) et piloter les plans de relation client.
  • Développer le portefeuille clients existant et gagner de nouveaux clients
  • Diriger et encadrer des missions, piloter la production des livrables et coordonner les expertises.
  • Comprendre les enjeux métier et réglementaires des clients, anticiper les risques et proposer des plans d’action pragmatiques.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes Marsh People & Investments et les sociétés sœurs ; favoriser le cross‑business.
  • Contribuer au développement commercial de la practice : construction d’offres, réponses commerciales, prises de parole client et production de contenus (webinars, publications).
  • Participer aux initiatives Workforce Rewards du groupe (capital intellectuel, webinars) et assurer une veille régulière sur les tendances du marché

Ce que nous attendons de vous :

  • Expertise confirmée en rémunération des dirigeants (cabinet de conseil ou expérience in‑house).
  • Compétences en gestion de projet et gestion de la relation client
  • Capacité d’analyse, de recul et de discernement
  • Agilité, flexibilité, disponibilité et ténacité
  • Vous êtes à l'aise dans des environnements internationaux
  • Compétences relationnelles et communicationnelles en français et anglais
  • Créativité, enthousiasme
  • Appétence pour le développement commercial et le développement de réseaux
