Siamo alla ricerca di una persona di talento da inserire nel nostro team di QHSE (Quality,Health & Safety and Environmental) di Risk Consulting per il nostro ufficio di Milano con modalità di lavoro ibrida.

Risk Consulting è una società di consulenza manageriale che fornisce servizi di gestione del rischio nell’ambito di Marsh Risk, leader nel brokeraggio assicurativo e capogruppo internazionale del Gruppo Marsh, un gruppo di competenze nella consulenza strategica e manageriale, riassicurazione, capitale, persone e investimenti.

Il team di QHSE (Quality,Health & Safety and Environmental) affianca le imprese puntando a migliorare la gestione dei rischi di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e ambientali attraverso un processo che parte da una maggiore consapevolezza della loro esposizione e si conclude con la definizione di strategie in linea con le best practice in materia e l’adozione di sistemi di gestione certificati.

Cosa ti aspetta:

  • Identificazione degli scenari di rischio legati alla salute e sicurezza sul lavoro
  • Risk Assessment specifici e analisi della conformità legislativa in ambito Salute e sicurezza sul lavoro
  • Elaborazione di risk ranking e gap-analysis
  • Risk Assessment con focus sui rischi ambientali e definizione delle opportune azioni per il monitoraggio e la gestione
  • Identificazione delle passività ambientali e di sicurezza sul lavoro per attività di HSE due diligence.
  • Implementazione e mantenimento dei sistemi di gestione aziendali per la qualità, la salute e sicurezza e l’ambiente. (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Audit di prima e seconda parte
  • Costruzione o aggiornamento del Modello di Organizzazione, Gestione e Controllo ai sensi del D.lgs. 231/2001 per i reati ambientali e inerenti a salute e sicurezza sul lavoro.
  • Attività di supporto all’integrazione dei sistemi di gestione

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria ambientale o corsi correlati al mondo HSE (master specialistici)
  • Tra i 2 e i 5 anni di esperienza nel settore QHSE in realtà industriali o come consulente
  • Conoscenza e capacità di implementazione dei sistemi di gestione aziendali per la qualità, la salute e sicurezza sul lavoro e l’ambiente (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Conoscenza del D.lgs. 231/2001
  • Disponibilità a trasferte di lavoro in Italia
  • Buona conoscenza e padronanza nell’utilizzo del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) e dei principali strumenti informatici
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Preferibile possesso requisiti auditor ISO 14001 / ISO 45001

Cosa offriamo:

  • Proponiamo un contratto a tempo indeterminato con una retribuzione annua lorda (RAL) a partire da € 33.000 per una posizione a tempo pieno. A seconda dell'esperienza, delle competenze e delle qualifiche, siamo disponibili a considerare una retribuzione più alta.
  • Verrà valutata una percentuale di bonus variabile in conformità con la politica aziendale. Ulteriori dettagli saranno condivisi durante il processo di selezione o direttamente nel contratto di lavoro.
  • Il Contratto Collettivo Nazionale di Lavoro (CCNL) applicato è "Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi".
  • Il livello contrattuale, insieme ai termini e alle condizioni applicabili, sarà determinato in linea con l'esperienza e il profilo professionale del candidato selezionato attraverso il processo di reclutamento.
