Wir suchen für unseren Betreuungsdienst im Raum Köln ab sofort Alltagsunterstützer/innen, die Senioren und Pflegebedürftige stundenweise bei alltäglichen Aufgaben im Haushalt unterstützen.

Die Anstellung erfolgt entweder als Mini-Job oder Werkstudententätigkeit und wird voraussichtlich 20-30 Stunden im Monat in Anspruch nehmen. Du kannst selbst entscheiden, wie viele Stunden du im Monat arbeitest.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

Du besucht die unterstützungsbedürftigen Personen 1-3x die Woche für jeweils 2-4 Stunden. Der Einsatz erfolgt primär bei der Person zu Hause. Zu den Tätigkeiten zählen:

  • Haushaltshilfe: Du unterstützt im Haushalt, beispielsweise beim Staubsaugen, Wischen, Aufräumen, oder Kochen.
  • Einkaufshilfe: Du unterstützt beim Einkaufen von Lebensmitteln, Getränken oder beim Gang zur Apotheke.
  • Gesellschaft leisten: Du begleitest die Senioren bei Spaziergängen, spielst gemeinsam Gesellschaftsspiele oder unterhältst dich. Die Tätigkeiten können flexibel gemeinsam gestaltet werden.
  • Sonstiges: Du kannst die Senioren auch bei anderen Tätigkeiten im Alltag unterstützen.

Das bringst du zu uns mit

  • Du zeigst Empathie im Umgang mit älteren und pflegebedürftigen Menschen.
  • Du bist mobil im Raum Köln, am besten mit einem eigenen PKW
  • Du bist in der Lage, die genannten Aufgaben zu erledigen.
  • Du bist hilfsbereit, zuverlässig und belastbar.
