marta baut die stundenweise Betreuung für pflegebedürftige Menschen auf. Wir wollen unseren Umsatz in den nächsten zwölf Monaten verdoppeln und in den siebenstelligen ARR-Bereich wachsen, bundesweit. Wir wollen den Pflegemarkt umkrempeln, und dafür suchen wir jemanden, der voll angreift.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Du treibst unser Wachstum. Neue Regionen und Partner erschließen, zum Laufen bringen und skalieren. Der Umsatz, den du aufbaust, ist deine Zahl.
  • Du baust das Operating System für den Rollout. Du denkst in Prozessen und nutzt AI, um sie zu bauen, zu iterieren und zu skalieren.
  • Du arbeitest an Themen von der Strategie bis zur Execution. Du entwickelst den Plan und setzt ihn selbst um.

Das bringst du zu uns mit

  • 1 bis 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem schnellen Startup, in der Beratung oder im VC
  • Erfahrung im Partner Management ist ein Plus
  • Du denkst in Prozessen und Zahlen und setzt AI selbstverständlich ein
  • Du willst Verantwortung und Tempo
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
