Bei marta übernimmst du von Anfang an echte Verantwortung. Du baust unseren Betreuungsdienst in einer neuen Stadt eigenständig auf, von den ersten Mitarbeitenden über die ersten Kunden bis zu den ersten erfolgreich vermittelten Betreuungen. Du verantwortest den kompletten Markteintritt und führst den Standort von null in den laufenden Betrieb, remote aus unserem Berliner Büro, damit dich unser Team direkt unterstützen kann. Bei guter Leistung ist eine Übernahme in eine Festanstellung direkt im Anschluss oder zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt möglich.

marta ist die größte deutsche Plattform in der 24/7 Betreuung. Seit unserer Gründung im Jahr 2020 sind wir in sieben Ländern aktiv und haben Büros in Berlin, Bonn, Sibiu (Rumänien) und Danzig (Polen), mit über 70 Teammitgliedern aus mehr als zehn Ländern.

marta verbindet Familien mit pflegebedürftigen Angehörigen mit selbstständigen Alltagshelfern für stundenweise Betreuung. Über unsere Plattform finden Familien schnell und unkompliziert passende Unterstützung im Alltag, während Alltagshelfer faire Konditionen und planbare Aufträge erhalten.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

Du baust beide Seiten unseres Marktplatzes auf und bringst sie erfolgreich zusammen:

  • Markteintritt und Standortverantwortung: Du planst und verantwortest den kompletten Aufbau deines Standorts, operativ und wirtschaftlich. Teamaufbau: Du gewinnst und stellst deine eigenen Betreuungskräfte ein, führst sie und baust dein Team am Standort auf. Kundenbasis: Du baust die Kundenbasis systematisch auf und stellst einen reibungslosen Start der ersten Betreuungen sicher. Strukturaufbau: Du setzt unser erprobtes Vorgehen um, passt es lokal an und lieferst fundiertes Feedback zur Weiterentwicklung. Partnerschaften: Du baust lokale Kanäle und Partnerschaften auf, die deinen Standort nachhaltig mit neuen Wachstumsmöglichkeiten versorgen.

Das bringst du zu uns mit

  • Hohe Eigeninitiative und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität, gepaart mit dem Willen, einen Standort mit eigener P&L eigenständig aufzubauen
  • Ownership und Ambition: Du willst dich schnell weiterentwickeln, wächst gerne in neue Verantwortung hinein und denkst dabei unternehmerisch
  • Strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein souveräner Umgang mit Kennzahlen
  • Erste Praxiserfahrung in einem Startup, im Vertrieb oder in der Beratung von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke und Hartnäckigkeit: Du gehst proaktiv auf Kontakte zu und bleibst auch bei Widerständen am Ball
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch
