Die Position wird an unseren Standorten in Berlin und Bonn hybrid ausgeübt. Außerhalb von Berlin und Bonn kann die Stelle innerhalb Deutschlands vollständig remote ausgeübt werden.

Als Account Manager (m/w/d) bist du für die Akquise von warmen Leads und Betreuung von Familien verantwortlich. Du kannst nicht nur einen gesellschaftlichen Beitrag leisten, sondern hast dank unseres attraktiven Provisionsmodells auch die Möglichkeit, nach einem Jahr ein Jahresgehalt von ca. 60.000 € zu erzielen – und nach 18 Monaten etwa 80.000 € OTE.

Wir bringen Familien und Betreuungskräfte in der 24-Stunden-Betreuung zusammen – fair, transparent und digital.

Mit unserer Plattform ermöglichen wir pflegebedürftigen Menschen in Deutschland, die passende Betreuungskraft zu finden – und schaffen gleichzeitig bessere Arbeitsbedingungen für die Betreuungskräfte.

Deine Rolle in unserem Team

  • Du machst keine Kaltakquise, sondern berätst auf eingehenden Wunsch unsere Kund:innen und baust dir so deine eigene Pipeline auf
  • Du erklärst die marta Plattform Kund:innen, gibst technische Unterstützung bei der Suche und bist für den Abschluss von Verträgen über die Plattform verantwortlich
  • Du managst deinen Kundenstamm eigenverantwortlich und begleitest den Einsatz der Pflegekräfte als Ansprechpartner für Angehörige der Pflegebedürftigen
  • Du hältst regelmäßigen Kontakt mit den Familien, machst Zufriedenheitsbefragungen in Bezug auf die Betreuungskraft, unterstützt bei einem Betreuungswechsel und erstellst Angebote
  • Du reichst Best Practices zur Konfliktlösung an Familien weiter
  • Um interne Prozesse und die Kundenerfahrung kontinuierlich zu optimieren, gibst du konstruktives Feedback, basierend auf deinen Erfahrungen

Das bringst du zu uns mit

  • Du brauchst keine vorherige Erfahrung – dein Mindset zählt!
  • Du hast eine Gewinnermentalität: Du bist bereit schnell zu lernen, Dinge voranzutreiben und die Extrameile für dich und dein Team zu gehen.
  • Idealerweise bringst du eine Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft oder ein Studium im Bereich Soziale Arbeit, Gesundheitsmanagement oder Vergleichbares mit.
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Vertrieb, Customer Success oder Account Management sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss!
  • Du telefonierst gerne, überzeugst mit Charme und Authentizität.
  • Deutsch auf C2-Niveau ist Pflicht
