En MartiDerm llevamos desde 1952 cuidando la salud de la piel a través de la ciencia, la innovación y la dermocosmética de alta eficacia. Fuimos pioneros en la categoría de ampollas y hoy seguimos creciendo en un entorno de transformación, con I+D propio, producción en Cervelló y un fuerte compromiso con la sostenibilidad.

Actualmente buscamos incorporar un/a Brand Manager Senior que quiera liderar algunas de nuestras categorías más estratégicas, impulsando la innovación, el crecimiento de negocio y el posicionamiento de la marca.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Serás responsable de definir e implementar la estrategia de las gamas bajo tu responsabilidad, liderando el desarrollo de nuevos productos, la ejecución de campañas 360º y el seguimiento de los principales indicadores de negocio.

Trabajarás de forma transversal con equipos de I+D, Medical Affairs, Comunicación, Trade Marketing, Ventas y filiales internacionales, convirtiéndote en una figura clave dentro del equipo de Marketing.

¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Liderar el desarrollo de nuevos productos e innovaciones, desde la identificación de oportunidades hasta su lanzamiento.
  • Definir la estrategia de marca y los planes anuales de las categorías asignadas.
  • Diseñar campañas 360º y planes de activación junto a los diferentes equipos.
  • Analizar el mercado, la competencia, las tendencias y el comportamiento del consumidor para detectar nuevas oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Monitorizar KPIs de negocio, sell-in, sell-out y rentabilidad de las categorías.
  • Coordinar proyectos con equipos multidisciplinares y mercados internacionales para garantizar una ejecución excelente.
  • Identificar oportunidades de innovación que fortalezcan el posicionamiento de la marca.

Qué buscamos en ti

Requisitos

  • Grado universitario, preferiblemente en Farmacia, Biología, Química, Marketing, ADE o similar.
  • Experiencia mínima de 4 años en Brand Management, Marketing Estratégico o Desarrollo de Producto.
  • Experiencia en dermocosmética, skincare, consumer health o sectores afines.
  • Experiencia liderando proyectos de innovación y lanzamiento de nuevos productos.
  • Alta capacidad analítica y orientación a negocio.
  • Nivel alto de inglés.
  • Se valorará experiencia en el canal farmacia o parafarmacia.

Valoramos especialmente

  • Experiencia en análisis de datos de ventas (SI y SO) y de insights de consumidor
  • Experiencia en canal farmacia/parafarmacia
