¿Cuál será tu misión?

En MartiDerm buscamos incorporar un/a Delegado/a de Visita Farmacia para gestionar y desarrollar nuestro negocio en la Zona Norte.

Tu misión será impulsar el crecimiento de MartiDerm en el canal farmacia, desarrollando la cartera de clientes, captando nuevas oportunidades de negocio y asegurando una excelente presencia y rotación de nuestros productos en el punto de venta.

Buscamos un perfil con clara orientación comercial, autonomía, capacidad de negociación y conocimiento del canal farmacia.

¿Cuáles serán tus principales responsabilidades?

  • Gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de farmacias asignada en Vizcaya, Gipuzkoa, Cantabria y Álava.
  • Impulsar el Sell In, realizando visitas comerciales, negociación de pedidos y seguimiento de objetivos de facturación.
  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio, captar nuevas farmacias y desarrollar el potencial de las cuentas existentes.
  • Construir relaciones comerciales sólidas con titulares, responsables de compras y equipos de farmacia.
  • Impulsar el Sell Out, favoreciendo la recomendación y rotación de los productos MartiDerm.
  • Realizar formaciones de producto, presentar novedades y apoyar las campañas comerciales en el punto de venta.
  • Analizar resultados, identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer planes de acción para alcanzar los objetivos.
  • Organizar de forma autónoma la agenda y las rutas comerciales del territorio asignado.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia comercial previa como Delegado/a de Visita Farmacia, preferiblemente en dermocosmética, skincare o laboratorios con presencia en el canal farmacia.
  • Experiencia demostrable en venta directa a farmacia, negociación comercial, gestión de cartera y captación de clientes.
  • Conocimiento de las dinámicas de Sell In y Sell Out en el canal farmacia.
  • Se valorará especialmente disponer de una red de contactos activa en farmacias de Vizcaya, Gipuzkoa, Cantabria y Álava.
  • Perfil comercial, proactivo, resolutivo y orientado a resultados.
  • Capacidad de organización, autonomía y planificación de rutas.
  • Residencia preferente en Bilbao o alrededores.
  • Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para desplazarse habitualmente por toda la zona asignada.
