Maslow Group, c’est un groupe de restauration engagé, qui bouscule les codes avec une cuisine végétarienne ultra créative et des lieux où on se sent bien !

On a aujourd’hui quatre établissements : deux Maslow (petites assiettes à partager très cuisinées) et deux Fellows (pâtes fraîches maison hors des sentiers battus), chacun avec sa personnalité mais tous portés par les mêmes valeurs et l’envie de prouver qu’on peut faire des restaurants qui cartonnent mais qui aident vraiment la planète

Descriptif du poste

Vous êtes l’économe de notre restaurant et vous assurez les commandes, les réceptions de marchandises et les bons de production, du lundi au vendredi.

Vous travaillez sous la supervision du chef de cuisine et main dans la main avec l’équipe pour qu’ils aient tout de dont ils ont besoin pour satisfaire les clients.

COMMANDES et RÉCEPTION MARCHANDISES

Vous êtes garant du fait qu’il y ait à tout moment les bonnes marchandises au bon moment.

  • Vous passez les commandes en fonction des prévisions de volumes grâce à notre outil de gestion
  • Vous réceptionnez les marchandises dès le matin, contrôlez les quantités et la qualité
  • Vous rangez les chambres froides et économats pour qu’ils soient toujours tenus en ordre. Vous contrôlez les DLC et assurez la bonne rotation des marchandises.

BONS DE PRODUCTION ET PRÉPARATION DU SERVICE

Vous aidez la cuisine à s’organiser au quotidien afin qu’ils puissent se concentrer sur la production et les services.

  • Suivant les bons de productions prévus, vous préparez une partie des ingrédients de la cuisine le matin
  • Avant les services vous supervisez la collecte de la mise en place pour le service du midi ou du soir

GESTION DES STOCKS

Interlocuteur privilégié du siège, vous êtes garant de la bonne organisation des stocks et de la justesse des facturations fournisseurs

  • Vous faites des demandes d’avoir si besoin, en fonction de ce qui a été reçu lors des livraisons
  • Vous organisez des achats de dépannage si certains fournisseurs ont fait défaut.
  • Vous faites les inventaires et travaillez avec les services administratifs pour assurer leur justesse et leur prise en compte rapide.
  • Vous contribuez à la bonne compréhension des écarts de stocks, et vous y trouvez des solutions.

  • CDI, temps complet 39h.
  • Rémunération : à partir de 28,5K€ brut + pourboires

Profil recherché

Vous adorez votre métier et vous aimez les gens - les clients aussi bien que les équipes. Conscient des enjeux environnementaux, vous pensez que la restauration doit se transformer afin d’avoir un impact positif. Efficace et organisé vous savez passer des commandes et assurer la bonne gestion des marchandises.

Les qualités nécessaires pour ce poste sont :

  • Expérience significative comme économe dans un établissement de bonne taille (plus de 50 cvts)
  • Rigueur et organisation naturelle
  • Ouverture d’esprit, tolérance, réflexe d’inclusion et d’équité…
  • Bonne gestion du stress, résilience et capacité à dialoguer constructivement et rationnellement quelle que soit la situation
  • Curiosité et envie d’apprendre, humilité
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques courants
  • Anglais et français fluide
