Title and Summary

Director, East Arabia Division Lead – Security Solutions

Director, East Arabia Division Lead – Security Solutions

Title and Summary Mastercard’s Security Solutions Organization (SSO) in Eastern Europe, Middle East & Africa (EEMEA) protects and grows the payments ecosystem through world-class fraud, cyber, identity, disputes and compliance solutions. It is part of the Mastercard Services organization. Working closely with its key stakeholders, the Division Lead is accountable for the Security Solutions divisional P&L, leading across every lever and cross functional team that generates revenue. As the key common person across the cross functional teams, the Division Lead oversees the market and client specific initiatives to help optimize existing revenue, converting whitespace, and tailoring our solutions to local realities. The Division Lead reports into the EEMEA Security Solutions product organisation and is a member of the SSO leadership team. In parallel, they act as the Division President’s single point of accountability for everything Security Solutions — performance, plan, escalations, client commitments and investment asks — and are expected to operate as a de facto member of the division leadership team.

Role • Own the divisional Security Solutions P&L and strategy: revenue plan, budget landing and multi-year growth targets across network and sellable revenue • Serve as the single accountable SSO owner for the division, building trusted relationships with division leadership, product, sales, and synergy teams • With key stakeholders, build and execute the divisional plan, including translating regional product strategy into market-specific execution, and accelerate time-to-revenue • Feed structured market intelligence back into the regional product and commercialization teams to shape roadmap, pricing and go-to-market • Represent SSO externally in vendor relationships and different buying centers. Act as voice of customer for the division • Represent the division in regional business reviews, QBRs and budget cycles with a clear, data-backed narrative

All About You • Proven P&L or commercial ownership at scale, ideally in payments, security or enterprise technology • Credibility with senior client stakeholders and internal sales leadership, and able to lead cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines • Strong commercial and analytical judgement — pricing, revenue drivers, penetration and forecasting • Deep market knowledge of the relevant division, including regulatory and competitive dynamics • Comfort operating in matrixed, fast-moving environments with a bias to execution

Corporate Security Responsibility

All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks comes with an inherent risk to the organization and, therefore, it is expected that every person working for, or on behalf of, Mastercard is responsible for information security and must:

  • Abide by Mastercard’s security policies and practices;
  • Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of the information being accessed;
  • Report any suspected information security violation or breach, and
  • Complete all periodic mandatory security trainings in accordance with Mastercard’s guidelines.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
