Als psycholoog binnen Praktijk MultiMe begeleid je kinderen, jongeren en/of volwassenen met uiteenlopende psychologische en psychosociale hulpvragen.

Je staat in voor psychologische begeleiding, diagnostiek en ondersteuning, afgestemd op de individuele noden van de cliënt. Je werkt vanuit een cliëntgerichte, wetenschappelijk onderbouwde en warme benadering, waarbij het welzijn en de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van de cliënt centraal staan.

Je krijgt de ruimte om zelfstandig je eigen cliëntenbestand uit te bouwen, je eigen expertise verder te ontwikkelen en mee vorm te geven aan het psychologisch aanbod binnen de praktijk.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van individuele psychologische begeleiding en therapie.
  • Exploreren en analyseren van psychologische en psychosociale hulpvragen.
  • Uitvoeren van psychodiagnostisch onderzoek binnen de eigen bevoegdheden.
  • Opstellen van behandelplannen en individuele doelstellingen.
  • Begeleiden van cliënten bij emotionele, sociale en psychologische moeilijkheden.
  • Ondersteunen bij persoonlijke ontwikkeling, zelfbeeld en emotieregulatie.
  • Opstellen van verslagen en bijhouden van cliëntendossiers.
  • Communiceren en samenwerken met ouders, scholen en andere betrokken hulpverleners.
  • Deelnemen aan multidisciplinair overleg.
  • Informeren en adviseren van cliënten en hun netwerk.
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en professionaliteit van de eigen begeleiding.

Het concrete aanbod wordt afgestemd op jouw specialisaties, interesses en ervaring.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • Beschikt over een masterdiploma in de psychologie.
  • Beschikt over de vereiste wettelijke erkenning en het visum om het beroep uit te oefenen.
  • Eventueel beschikt over een bijkomende therapeutische opleiding of specialisatie.
  • Zelfstandig en professioneel kan werken.
  • Empathisch, betrokken en cliëntgericht is.
  • Sterke communicatieve en relationele vaardigheden heeft.
  • Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kan functioneren.
  • Een open houding heeft tegenover multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
  • Bereid is om zich voortdurend bij te scholen.
  • Discreet en zorgvuldig omgaat met cliëntgegevens en het beroepsgeheim respecteert.

Ervaring is een pluspunt, maar ook gemotiveerde professionals met een sterke interesse om zich verder te ontwikkelen zijn welkom.
