Los jij de technische puzzels op waar anderen vastlopen? Als Technical Specialist ben jij hét kenniscentrum dat complexe problemen oplost en de serviceorganisatie naar een hoger niveau tilt.

Jouw sportieve uitdaging:

Als Technical Specialist ben jij hét technische aanspreekpunt binnen onze serviceorganisatie en de expert die complexe vraagstukken oplost waar anderen afhaken. Met jouw diepgaande kennis van software, hardware en mechanica zorg je voor geavanceerde probleemdiagnoses, ondersteun je servicemedewerkers in het veld en neem je uitzonderlijke cases bij klanten zelf in handen. Je test (preventief) producten en componenten, adviseert over service in het kader van Phase In Phase Out (PIPO) en werkt nauw samen met collega’s én externe partners om structurele oplossingen te realiseren. Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol in kennisontwikkeling: je traint zowel binnen- als buitendienst, houdt de technische kennisbasis up-to-date en legt bevindingen zorgvuldig vast in CRM, zodat je jouw kennis borgt in de organisatie. Met jouw analytische blik signaleer je terugkerende defecten en werk je samen met Quality en Continuous Improvement aan duurzame verbeteringen in producten en processen. Daarmee lever je direct impact op de kwaliteit van onze service, de oplossingssnelheid en de klanttevredenheid. Je standplaats is Houten en je rapporteert direct aan de Service Director. Je komt terecht in een gedreven team waar kennisdeling, innovatie en praktische oplossingen centraal staan. Ben jij de technische expert die energie krijgt van complexe uitdagingen én het versterken van anderen? Dan is dit jouw volgende stap.

De ideale kandidaat heeft:

  • Denkvermogen op bachelorniveau aangevuld met een technische/elektronica gerelateerde opleiding;
  • Minimaal 4 - 6 jaar relevante werkervaring in een service- en/of productkwaliteitsomgeving;
  • Sterke kennis van MS Office en ERP-systemen zoals CRM en SAP;
  • Ervaring met data-analyse;
  • Communicatieve vaardigheden met betrekking tot klantinteractie en het geven van trainingen;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, zowel in woord als geschrift;
  • Een goede beheersing van het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk is een pluspunt;
  • Een proactieve en gedreven houding, gericht op resultaat en kwaliteit;
  • De mentaliteit van een topsporter, jij gaat ervoor!

  • Een salaris tussen € 3.954,00 en € 5.932,00;
  • € 0,25 p/km voor woon-werkverkeer en € 0,55 p/km voor zakelijke kilometers;
