Your mission

At Matrix42, you'll play a key role in driving our growth across Germany. We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and turning prospects into long-term customers. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership, make a visible impact, and contribute directly to our continued success.

  • Build and grow new business opportunities across Germany by creating and developing your own pipeline from scratch.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification through to negotiation and closing.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and partners to generate, progress, and win opportunities.
  • Understand customer challenges and position the right software solutions to deliver measurable business value.
  • Create and execute territory plans, maintain CRM hygiene, and accurately manage your sales forecast.
  • Organize and deliver customer presentations, workshops, and meetings.
  • Represent Matrix42 at customer events, trade fairs, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate closely with partners to drive successful outcomes and long-term customer success.

Your profile

MUST HAVES:

  • Proven experience (4+ years) in B2B Software Sales or IT Sales.
  • A true Hunter with a passion for new business acquisition, prospecting, and building opportunities from the ground up.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take ownership of your territory and build your own pipeline.
  • Experience working with partners and developing strong customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, or similar sales methodologies.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a track record of achieving ambitious goals.
  • Experience using AI tools in your daily work to improve productivity and sales effectiveness
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English.
  • Open to travel across Germany for customer meetings, partner engagement, and events.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience selling IT Service Management (ITSM), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), or Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) solutions.

As part of our Sales Germany team, you will be responsible for expanding existing customers and acquiring new customers throughout Germany. You will handle newly acquired deals with new customers and realize up- and cross-selling opportunities exclusively through our partners. You will work hand in hand with internal colleagues from the Partner Management or Pre-Sales departments, among others, and build long-term customer relationships. You will sell the entire Matrix42 product portfolio, develop projects independently until successful completion and coordinate the Winning Team, which will provide you with the necessary sales support in a wide range of disciplines.
