Estamos em busca de um(a) Executivo(a) Comercial Hunter, com perfil empreendedor, visão de negócios e habilidade para identificar oportunidades, desenvolver relacionamentos e transformar necessidades de clientes em soluções comerciais.

Se você tem experiência com vendas consultivas, gosta de prospectar novos negócios e sabe apresentar soluções que agregam valor às empresas, essa oportunidade pode ser sua!

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Prospectar novos clientes nos segmentos-alvo e região de atuação Grande São Paulo;
  • Estudar o negócio dos potenciais clientes e identificar oportunidades;
  • Conduzir vendas consultivas, aplicando a metodologia Sankhya;
  • Apresentar soluções e identificar necessidades dos clientes;
  • Qualificar oportunidades, gerenciar o funil de vendas e conduzir negociações até o fechamento;
  • Acompanhar indicadores e metas, desenvolvendo estratégias para alcançar resultados;
  • Construir relacionamentos comerciais duradouros e contribuir com a estratégia da equipe.

O que buscamos?

  • Experiência na área comercial, com atuação em prospecção e desenvolvimento de novos negócios;
  • Vivência com vendas consultivas e relacionamento com clientes;
  • Experiência com vendas de soluções SaaS, ERP, tecnologia ou soluções de RH;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação, negociação e apresentação de soluções;
  • Visão de negócios e habilidade para compreender as necessidades dos clientes e traduzir essas necessidades em oportunidades comerciais;
  • Perfil Hunter, com iniciativa, autonomia e foco em resultados;
  • Possuir veículo próprio, computador e celular para atividades profissionais.
  • Salário fixo de R$ 10.000,00 + variável diferenciada conforme desempenho;
  • Reembolso de despesas com deslocamento e alimentação;
  • Universidade Sankhya, com capacitação sistêmica, comercial e técnica sobre a plataforma.
