Matt Sleeps zoekt een AI performance marketeer die niet wacht op inspiratie, maar ideeën omzet in nieuwe campagnes en creatives die opvallen en converteren.

Wat ga je doen?

Dit is vooral een doeners-rol: circa 70% van je tijd zit in campagne-optimalisatie, assets-optimalisatie, landingspagina optimalisatie van onze digitale kanalen. 30% is innovatie; hier gaat het om nieuwe dingen die anderen merken (nog) niet doen. AI automatiseren en optimaliseren. Nieuwe kanalen live brengen en testen. Je werkt nauw samen en rapporteert direct aan de head of digital.

  • Daily performance optimalisatie Campagnes, budgetten en kanaalperformance dagelijks bijsturen.
  • Budget & channel scaling Beslissen welke kanalen, campagnes en creatives worden opgeschaald of gestopt.
  • Creative testing & optimalisatie Performance creatives ontwikkelen, testen en verbeteren met AI en het inhouse team.
  • Landing page & funnel testing Landingspagina’s, proposities, hooks en conversiepaden continu optimaliseren.
  • Reporting & growth insights Sturen op CAC, ROAS, MER, nieuwe klanten, conversie en creative winrate.
  • Campaign systems & templates Campagnestructuren, templates en workflows bouwen voor snelheid en schaal.
  • AI way of working AI inzetten voor creatie, analyse, automatisering en snellere marketingexecutie. Ook wordt er een beroep gedaan op jouw AI skills in de brede MATT organisatie.
  • Samenwerking met marketingteam Samenwerken met Campaign Manager, Creative Content Manager, Videograaf en Head of Growth.

Jouw KPI’s

Jouw succes is merkbaar en meetbaar via onderstaande KPI’s in de digitale kanalen:

  • Performance: ROAS, CAC, MER en nieuwe klantgroei.
  • Creative testing: CTR, creative winrate, testvolume en learnings per maand.
  • Funnel: landing page conversie en AOV.
  • Innovatie: gevalideerde AI-workflows en nieuwe kanaaltests.

Wie ben jij?

Je bent een performance marketeer die een passie heeft voor AI, growth hacking en digitale kanalen.

  • Opleiding: master of bachelor marketing of communicatie met specialisatie op online marketing
  • Ervaring: 3+ jaar als online marketeer, idealiter in een high-growth e-commerce, DTC of agency omgeving. Je bent bekend met het testen van creatives, landingpages & incrementality.
  • Kanaal Specialisatie: je hebt grote ervaring met campagnemanagement binnen META of TikTok.
  • Tech-savvy: Je gebruikt AI-tools zoals Claude dagelijks om sneller creatives, analyses en experimenten op te zetten. Je inspireert het hele Matt Sleeps team om ook AI vanuit automatiseringen te gebruiken.
  • Strategisch: Je denkt in frameworks en customer journeys. Je weet precies welke prikkel een kijker verandert in een koper.
  • Persoonlijkheid: Een 'ideeën-doorzetter' en aanpakker. Je houdt van tempo en verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Taal: Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.

Over Matt Sleeps

Matt Sleeps is een in Amsterdam gevestigde scale-up die de ouderwetse matrassenindustrie wakker schudt. Ons team bestaat uit 17 enthousiaste en ondernemende dromenjagers die elke dag met plezier werken aan een betere nachtrust voor onze klanten.

We werken vanuit ons kantoor boven De Hallen in hartje Amsterdam. Klein team, grote impact. Ons matras is al twaalf keer verkozen tot het best geteste matras van Nederland, bij Matt worden dromen werkelijkheid.

Inmiddels bieden we een breed assortiment aan, van toppers en bedden tot beddengoed en accessoires. Werken bij Matt is dus niet voor stilzitters… wij houden van aanpakken, slim verbeteren en grote impact maken.

Onze missie

Onze missie is kraakhelder: Wij halen de onzin uit de markt. Wij maken van de keuze voor een goed matras of bed een no-brainer die alle onzekerheid wegneemt. Je begrijpt ons merk tot in de haarvaten en vertaalt dit naar 360° campagneconcepten tot gevatte print-inhakers. Je bent een 'maker' met smaak die snapt dat een ad niet alleen moet stralen, maar ook moet converteren.

Bekroond merk

Wat tien jaar geleden begon als een droom, is inmiddels uitgegroeid tot een bekroond merk met wereldwijde erkenning. In elke fase van onze groei zijn we scherp gehouden door vakjury’s en onafhankelijke keurmerken. Dat we die tests glansrijk hebben doorstaan, blijkt wel uit deze mijlpalen:
