Executar atividades de prospecção e pré-qualificação de leads, seguindo roteiros e processos estabelecidos pela área. Atua de forma operacional, garantindo o correto registro das informações no CRM e fornecendo oportunidades qualificadas para a equipe de vendas.

  • Pesquisar leads e informações em mídias sociais e internet, de acordo com o ICP;
  • Realizar pré-qualificação de leads seguindo critérios definidos;
  • Conectar-se com leads por e-mail, telefone, WhatsApp e redes sociais;
  • Utilizar roteiros de abordagem para gerar oportunidades de venda;
  • Seguir fluxos de contatos e processos de pré-vendas e sugerir melhorias;
  • Alimentar dados e atualizar registros no CRM;
  • Organizar e acompanhar o funil de vendas no sistema;
  • Realizar follow up de contatos e envio de conteúdos;
  • Encaminhar oportunidades qualificadas aos vendedores;
  • Participar de ações de marketing e apoiar em campanhas de prospecção;
  • Atuar no resgate de clientes inativos;
  • Apoiar os ocupantes dos cargos de níveis anteriores na análise e resolução de problemas complexos do processo;
  • Apoiar atividades do setor, incluindo demandas financeiras, logísticas, de marketing, pós-venda e de outros setores;
  • Manter ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e agradável;
  • Cumprir normas internas, procedimentos técnicos, de qualidade, segurança e organização.
  • Ensino médio completo;
  • Recomendável estar cursando Administração, Gestão Comercial ou áreas afins;
  • Recomendável experiência prévia em pré-vendas, vendas ou atendimento ao cliente;
  • Habilidades comportamentais: Atenção, Organização, Comunicação, Trabalho em equipe, Iniciativa, Negociação, Desejo de crescimento, Gestão das emoções, Senso de responsabilidade;
  • Habilidades técnicas: Conhecimento Pacote Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) e Sistemas ERP. Atendimento ao cliente por meio de ligações, mensagens, redes sociais e outros canais de comunicação, com foco em clareza, agilidade na resolução de demandas e excelência na experiência do cliente.
