The posting

Oferecer suporte aos clientes após a venda, garantindo a qualidade no atendimento, o acompanhamento das demandas registradas e a manutenção do relacionamento. Atua no controle de SACs, no rastreamento de notas fiscais, na alimentação de sistemas de gestão (CRM) e na realização de pesquisas que auxiliem na melhoria contínua dos processos e da satisfação dos clientes.

  • Prestar suporte e atendimento aos clientes, solucionando dúvidas simples e registrando solicitações;
  • Realizar abertura, acompanhamento e fechamento de SACs;
  • Monitorar diariamente a saída e chegada de notas fiscais (rastreamento de entregas);
  • Alimentar e atualizar informações no sistema CRM;
  • Apoiar na coleta e organização de dados de atendimento e pós-venda, contribuindo para a geração de insights para as áreas de marketing, produto e comercial;
  • Auxiliar na identificação de padrões de comportamento dos clientes, principais dúvidas, reclamações e oportunidades de melhoria na experiência;
  • Apoiar a realização de pesquisas com clientes, leads e oportunidades perdidas, organizando informações e consolidando resultados;
  • Contribuir com o levantamento de informações para validação de produtos, preços e percepção de valor junto ao mercado;
  • Auxiliar no acompanhamento de concorrentes, reunindo dados sobre preços, portfólio e posicionamento;
  • Apoiar a elaboração e atualização de relatórios periódicos com informações de mercado, concorrência e desempenho de produtos;
  • Organizar e manter atualizadas bases de dados, registros de pesquisas e históricos de interações com clientes;
  • Apoiar o time comercial com informações básicas sobre feedbacks de clientes, objeções e percepções de valor;
  • Contribuir com sugestões de melhoria em produtos, processos e comunicação, com base nos dados coletados e interações realizadas;
  • Apoiar atividades do setor, incluindo demandas financeiras, logísticas, de marketing, pós-venda e de outros setores;
  • Executar pesquisas de mercado para identificar oportunidades e tendências;
  • Manter ambiente de trabalho limpo, organizado e agradável;
  • Cumprir normas internas, procedimentos técnicos, de qualidade, segurança e organização.

Formação Obrigatória: Ensino Médio Completo.

Experiência Obrigatória: Não é necessária

Habilidade Comportamentais: Atenção, Organização, Comunicação, Trabalho em equipe, Iniciativa, Negociação.

Habilidades Técnicas: Conhecimento Pacote Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) e Sistemas ERP. Atendimento ao cliente por meio de ligações, mensagens, redes sociais e outros canais de comunicação, com foco em clareza, agilidade na resolução de demandas e excelência na experiência do cliente.
