Ένας αντιπρόσωπος εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ενεργεί ως σύνδεσμος, παρέχει πληροφορίες σχετικά με προϊόντα/υπηρεσίες, και επιλύει με ακρίβεια και αποτελεσματικότητα κάθε πρόβλημα που ανακύπτει με το οποίο ενδεχομένως έρθουν αντιμέτωποι οι πελάτες μας.

Οι καλύτεροι αντιπρόσωποι εξυπηρέτησης πελατών βοηθούν με γνήσιο ενθουσιασμό τους πελάτες. Είναι υπομονετικοί, δείχνουν κατανόηση και είναι πολύ επικοινωνιακοί. Λατρεύουν να μιλάνε.

  • Ανταποκρίνεται στις ανάγκες των πελατών
  • Δημιουργεί καλές σχέσεις με τους πελάτες με σωστή και ένθερμη επικοινωνία
  • Χειρίζεται τα παράπονα των πελατών και επιβλέπει την επίλυση τους
  • Χειρίζεται τις περιπτώσεις των χαμένων αντικειμένων

A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle Lost and Found cases
  • Handle any complains until they are resolved
