Σύνοψη Θέσης

Ο Director of Front Office είναι υπεύθυνος για την επίβλεψη και την καθοδήγηση όλων των λειτουργιών που αφορούν την άμεση εξυπηρέτηση και επαφή με τον πελάτη (Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Relations, Telephone Operators). Ο ρόλος είναι κρίσιμος για τη διαμόρφωση της εμπειρίας πολυτέλειας και την παροχή εξατομικευμένων υπηρεσιών (Bespoke Service) σε κάθε επισκέπτη.

Ο Director of Front Office πρέπει να είναι ένας χαρισματικός ηγέτης και ένας expert στις VVIP υπηρεσίες, ικανός να διαχειρίζεται τα πιο περίπλοκα αιτήματα, διασφαλίζοντας παράλληλα την ομαλή λειτουργία του τμήματος και τη μεγιστοποίηση των εσόδων μέσω των upselling ευκαιριών.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες

1. Εμπειρία Επισκέπτη (Guest Experience)

  • Εξατομικευμένη Υπηρεσία: Καθιέρωση και διατήρηση πρωτοκόλλων εξυπηρέτησης (SOPs) που εξασφαλίζουν μια απρόσκοπτη, προσωποποιημένη και διακριτική εμπειρία για τους jet setters, από την άφιξη μέχρι την αναχώρηση.
  • VVIP & HNWI Management: Άμεση διαχείριση των αφίξεων/αναχωρήσεων VVIP, διασφαλίζοντας την ικανοποίηση κάθε ειδικού αιτήματος.
  • Διαχείριση Παραπόνων: Χειρισμός δύσκολων καταστάσεων και παραπόνων με άψογο επαγγελματισμό και διακριτικότητα, μετατρέποντας τις αρνητικές εμπειρίες σε ευκαιρίες αύξησης της ικανοποίησης.

2. Λειτουργική Διαχείριση και Οικονομική Απόδοση

  • Επίβλεψη Τμημάτων: Επίβλεψη των καθημερινών λειτουργιών της Υποδοχής, του Concierge και των Guest Relations, διασφαλίζοντας την αποτελεσματικότητα και τη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα πολυτελείας.
  • Upselling & Έσοδα: Ενεργός εκπαίδευση της ομάδας για upselling υπηρεσιών και δωματίων (π.χ. αναβάθμιση σε σουίτες, πώληση πρόσθετων υπηρεσιών) με στόχο τη μεγιστοποίηση των εσόδων.
  • Συντονισμός: Εξαιρετική συνεργασία με τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα (Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering) για την επίλυση λειτουργικών ζητημάτων.

3. Διοίκηση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού

  • Προσλήψεις & Εκπαίδευση: Πρόσληψη, καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη μιας χαρισματικής και πολυγλωσσικής ομάδας, ικανής να προσφέρει υπηρεσίες υψηλού επιπέδου.
  • Προγραμματισμός: Δημιουργία βέλτιστων προγραμμάτων εργασίας, διασφαλίζοντας την επαρκή στελέχωση κατά τις ώρες αιχμής.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Ξενοδοχείων, Φιλοξενίας ή συναφή κλάδο.
  • Τουλάχιστον 4-6 έτη εμπειρίας ως Front Office Manager ή Director σε boutique ξενοδοχεία ultra-luxury (5+)* ή διεθνείς αλυσίδες υψηλής ποιότητας.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία στη διαχείριση VVIP/HNWI πελατών και στις υπηρεσίες Concierge.
  • Άριστη γνώση συστημάτων PMS (Property Management Systems) και Revenue Management.
  • Πολυγλωσσία είναι απαραίτητη: Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών και Ελληνικών. Η γνώση Ρωσικών/Αραβικών/Γαλλικών θεωρείται μεγάλο πλεονέκτημα.
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες επικοινωνίας, επίλυσης προβλημάτων και παρουσίας.
