Αναζητούμε έναν έμπειρο Executive Housekeeper για να διαχειρίζεται όλες τις λειτουργίες καθαριότητας και να διασφαλίζει τα υψηλότερα πρότυπα καθαριότητας, υγιεινής και εμφάνισης στο ξενοδοχείο μας. Ο ιδανικός υποψήφιος θα ηγηθεί και θα διαχειριστεί την ομάδα καθαριότητας, θα συνεργαστεί με όλα τα τμήματα του ξενοδοχείου και θα εξασφαλίσει εξαιρετική εμπειρία φιλοξενίας για τους επισκέπτες.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Εποπτεία, εκπαίδευση και παρακίνηση του προσωπικού καθαριότητας, διασφαλίζοντας την τήρηση SOPs, πρωτοκόλλων καθαρισμού και προτύπων ασφάλειας.
  • Διαχείριση καθημερινών λειτουργιών δωματίων, κοινόχρηστων χώρων και back-of-house περιοχών, διατηρώντας υψηλά πρότυπα ποιότητας, καθαριότητας και οργάνωσης.
  • Διαχείριση αποθεμάτων λινών, ειδών περιποίησης και καθαριστικών, με έλεγχο κόστους και αποδοτική διαχείριση.
  • Πραγματοποίηση τακτικών ελέγχων δωματίων και εφαρμογή μέτρων ελέγχου ποιότητας.
  • Συνεργασία με Front Office, Τεχνικό Τμήμα και Τμήμα F&B για εξασφάλιση άριστης εμπειρίας επισκεπτών.
  • Διαχείριση παραπόνων επισκεπτών με επαγγελματισμό.
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών για απόδοση προσωπικού, διαχείριση προσωπικού και προϋπολογισμού.

Προσόντα & Δεξιότητες:

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία ως Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager ή παρόμοια θέση σε ξενοδοχείο ή θέρετρο.
  • Ισχυρή γνώση των λειτουργιών καθαριότητας, διαδικασιών καθαρισμού, επιθεωρήσεων δωματίων και διαχείρισης αποθεμάτων.
  • Ικανότητες ηγεσίας και διαχείρισης ομάδας, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της πρόσληψης, εκπαίδευσης και αξιολόγησης απόδοσης.
  • Άριστες οργανωτικές, επικοινωνιακές και δεξιότητες επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
  • Γνώση κανόνων υγιεινής, ασφάλειας και καθαριότητας.
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών· γνώση άλλων γλωσσών επιπλέον πλεονέκτημα.
  • Ευελιξία για εργασία σε βάρδιες, σαββατοκύριακα και αργίες.

Εκπαίδευση:

  • Πτυχίο ή δίπλωμα σε Διοίκηση Ξενοδοχείων, Τουριστική Διαχείριση ή συναφή αντικείμενα προτιμάται.
  • Επαγγελματικές πιστοποιήσεις καθαριότητας / housekeeping θεωρούνται πλεονέκτημα.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to oversee all housekeeping operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation in our hotel. The ideal candidate will lead and manage a housekeeping team, coordinate with hotel departments, and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs, cleaning protocols, and safety standards.
  • Manage daily operations of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain quality, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Oversee linen, amenities, and cleaning supply inventory, ensuring cost control and efficient stock management.
  • Conduct regular inspections and implement quality control measures to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with Front Office, Maintenance, and Food & Beverage departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare reports on housekeeping performance, staffing, and budget management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, or similar role in a hotel or resort.
  • Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, room inspections, and inventory management.
  • Leadership and team management skills, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Education:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Professional housekeeping certifications are advantageous.

Renumeration package:

  • 1600 - 1800 euros/m
