Κύρια καθήκοντα και ευθύνες

1. Σχεδιασμός, διεύθυνση και εποπτεία της δραστηριότητας προμήθειας, φύλαξης, παρασκευής και διάθεσης τροφίμων και ποτών στους επισκέπτες και προσωπικό του υδροπάρκου.

2. Προγραμματισμός και ετοιμασία των μενού σε συνεργασία με τον σεφ και τη διεύθυνση. Προϋπολογισμός κόστους και τιμολόγησης.

3. Μέριμνα για τη δημιουργία συνταγολογίων όλων των τροφίμων και ποτών τα οποία παρασκευάζονται και σερβίρονται στο υδροπάρκο, σύμφωνα με τις απαιτήσεις του συστήματος ασφάλειας τροφίμων και ποτών και της τεχνολογίας των τροφίμων.

4. Επίβλεψη και εφαρμογή μεθόδων διασφάλισης της ποιότητας των τροφίμων κατά παραλαβή, αποθήκευση, επεξεργασία και σερβίρισμα τους ώστε να είναι σύμφωνη με τα διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένα πρότυπα ποιότητας και ασφάλειας των τροφίμων και ποτών και με τις σχετικές περιβαλλοντικές προδιαγραφές και νομικές απαιτήσεις.

5. Μέριμνα για την επιλογή, εξειδίκευση, εγκαθίδρυση και σχεδιασμό των διεργασιών της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας και την τεκμηρίωση και αρχειοθέτηση της εφαρμογής των απαιτήσεων του συστήματος ασφάλειας των τροφίμων και ποτών.

6. Επιλογή, επιμόρφωση, καθοδήγηση και επίβλεψη του προσωπικού του τμήματος. Κατανομή εργασίας.

7. Εποπτεία εφαρμογής κανόνων υγιεινής από όλο το προσωπικό του τμήματος.

8. Συμμετοχή στην επιλογή και αξιολόγηση προμηθευτών τροφίμων και ποτών.

9. Μέριμνα για τη συντήρηση και καλή κατάσταση του εξοπλισμού του τμήματος σε συνεργασία με το τμήμα συντήρησης του υδροπάρκου και εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες.

10. Αναγνώριση και καταγραφή τυχόν προβλημάτων σχετικών με τις διεργασίες και τα συστήματα τα οποία εφαρμόζει η εταιρεία με έμφαση το σύστημα για την ασφάλεια των τροφίμων. Πρόταση διορθωτικών ή και προληπτικών ενεργειών και λήψης κατάλληλων ενεργειών για την πρόληψη ή εξάλειψη κινδύνων.

11. Συνεχής αναβάθμιση ιδίων γνώσεων και ικανοτήτων στον τομέα της τροφοδοσίας όπως και στο τομέα της παροχής υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης στους επισκέπτες του υδροπάρκου.

12. Συνεργασία με όλους τους συναδέλφους και τη διεύθυνση του υδροπάρκου με στόχο την συνεχή αναβάθμιση της ποιότητας των υπηρεσιών τις οποίες προσφέρει.

13. Οποιαδήποτε άλλα καθήκοντα ανατεθούν από την διεύθυνση του υδροπάρκου μόνιμα ή προσωρινά.

Working Conditions:

Wage range: 1500 - 1800

Assistant to Catering Mgr is a full time all-year round position, 5 days per week expecetd to work 6 in the open period with days paid in-lieu
