Σύνοψη Θέσης

Ο Γενικός Διευθυντής (Hotel Manager) είναι ο ηγέτης του οράματος και υπεύθυνος για την πλήρη επιτυχία του νέου, υπερπολυτελούς boutique ξενοδοχείου στη Λεμεσό. Ο ρόλος είναι εξαιρετικά στρατηγικός και λειτουργικός, καθώς απαιτεί την δημιουργία και εφαρμογή όλων των διαδικασιών (Pre-Opening) για την καθιέρωση του ξενοδοχείου ως του πλέον αποκλειστικού και ελκυστικού προορισμού για jet setters στην περιοχή.

Αναζητούμε έναν οραματιστή με επιχειρηματικό ένστικτο που μπορεί να μετατρέψει την οικονομική άνεση της μητρικής εταιρείας σε ασυναγώνιστη ποιότητα υπηρεσιών και υψηλή κερδοφορία μέσω της διαχείρισης των εσόδων και της εξαιρετικής εξυπηρέτησης πελατών VVIP.

Βασικές Αρμοδιότητες και Στρατηγικοί Στόχοι

1. Στρατηγική και Pre-Opening Ηγεσία

  • Ολοκληρωμένη Έναρξη Λειτουργίας: Πλήρης ευθύνη για την επιτυχή εκτέλεση όλων των φάσεων του pre-opening, από τον έλεγχο των τελικών φάσεων κατασκευής/σχεδιασμού μέχρι την πρόσληψη και την εκπαίδευση της ομάδας.
  • Καθιέρωση Brand: Ανάπτυξη και διατήρηση του πολυτελούς DNA του ξενοδοχείου σε όλα τα επίπεδα, διασφαλίζοντας ότι το brand positioning στην αγορά των jet setters είναι ισχυρό και συνεπές.
  • Σχέσεις Ιδιοκτησίας: Στενή συνεργασία με το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο για την ανάπτυξη και εφαρμογή του επιχειρηματικού σχεδίου (Business Plan) και των οικονομικών στόχων (RevPAR, ADR, GOP).

2. Διαχείριση Λειτουργιών Πολυτελείας

  • Bespoke Guest Experience: Καθιέρωση πρωτοκόλλων που εξασφαλίζουν την εξατομικευμένη και διακριτική εξυπηρέτηση VVIP και HNWI πελατών, προβλέποντας τις ανάγκες τους πριν καν τις εκφράσουν.
  • Υψηλά Πρότυπα: Επίβλεψη όλων των τμημάτων (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Spa) για τη διασφάλιση της άριστης λειτουργικής ποιότητας και της τήρησης των υψηλότερων διεθνών προτύπων πολυτελείας.
  • Διαχείριση Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού: Δημιουργία μιας κουλτούρας "Αριστείας ως Στάση Ζωής" (Culture of Excellence), προσλαμβάνοντας, καθοδηγώντας και διατηρώντας μια ομάδα κορυφαίων επαγγελματιών.

3. Οικονομική Απόδοση και Διαχείριση Εσόδων

  • Μεγιστοποίηση Κερδοφορίας: Επίβλεψη των στρατηγικών Revenue Management, Πωλήσεων και Μάρκετινγκ για τη μεγιστοποίηση των εσόδων και την επίτευξη του υψηλότερου δυνατού ADR στην αγορά.
  • Έλεγχος Δαπανών: Διαχείριση του προϋπολογισμού και έλεγχος των λειτουργικών δαπανών, διασφαλίζοντας την αποδοτικότητα χωρίς καμία έκπτωση στην ποιότητα.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο (Bachelor's Degree) στη Διοίκηση Ξενοδοχείων/Φιλοξενίας. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος (MBA) επιθυμητός.
  • Τουλάχιστον 7-10 έτη αποδεδειγμένης εμπειρίας σε ανώτερη διευθυντική θέση, εκ των οποίων τουλάχιστον 3 έτη ως General Manager ή Hotel Manager σε ξενοδοχεία ultra-luxury (5+)* ή αναγνωρισμένα boutique hotels.
  • Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε Pre-Opening (έναρξη λειτουργίας) ξενοδοχείου, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της πρόσληψης της αρχικής ομάδας και της θέσπισης διαδικασιών.
  • Εξαιρετικές δεξιότητες ηγεσίας, στρατηγικής σκέψης και οικονομικής διαχείρισης.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγοράς πολυτελούς φιλοξενίας (Luxury Hospitality) και των τάσεων των jet setters.
  • Πολυγλωσσία (Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών είναι απαραίτητη).
