The posting

Η εταιρεία μας επιθυμεί να προσλάβει έναν/μία δυναμικό/ή, οργανωμένο/η και πελατοκεντρικό/ή Λειτουργό Πωλήσεων Ακινήτων για την προώθηση των έργων της εταιρείας.

Ο/Η Λειτουργός θα εκπροσωπεί την εταιρεία στην επικοινωνία με υποψήφιους και υφιστάμενους πελάτες και συνεργάτες, θα παρουσιάζει και θα προωθεί τα έργα της εταιρείας και θα υποστηρίζει τη διαδικασία πώλησης, από την αρχική εκδήλωση ενδιαφέροντος μέχρι την ολοκλήρωση της συναλλαγής.

Αρμοδιότητες:

Προώθηση και παρουσίαση των έργων και ακινήτων της εταιρείας, καθώς και υποστήριξη της διαδικασίας πώλησης ή/και ενοικίασης.

  • Εξεύρεση, επικοινωνία, εξυπηρέτηση και διαχείριση υποψήφιων και υφιστάμενων πελατών, συνεργατών και κτηματομεσιτικών γραφείων, με στόχο την ανάπτυξη πωλήσεων και μακροχρόνιων επαγγελματικών σχέσεων.
  • Οργάνωση και συμμετοχή σε εταιρικές συναντήσεις και συναντήσεις με πελάτες ή συνεργάτες, διερεύνηση αναγκών, παρακολούθηση ενδιαφέροντος και υποστήριξη διαπραγματεύσεων.
  • Παρακολούθηση έντυπης και ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας, αρχειοθέτηση και ταξινόμηση φακέλων και εγγράφων, καθώς και ετοιμασία επιστολών, προσχεδίων συμβολαίων και άλλων σχετικών εγγράφων, όπου απαιτείται και κατόπιν έγκρισης.
  • Καταγραφή πελατολογίου, επαφών, ενεργειών και υποθέσεων σε σύστημα CRM, καθώς και ετοιμασία αναφορών πωλήσεων, καταλόγου Properties for Sale και επαγγελματικών παρουσιάσεων ή καταστάσεων.
  • Διερεύνηση της αγοράς και του ανταγωνισμού, παρακολούθηση τάσεων και ενδεικτικών τιμών, αξιολόγηση τιμών πώλησης έργων υπό μελέτη και εντοπισμός ακινήτων, κτημάτων ή οικοπέδων που δύνανται να υποστηρίξουν την ανάπτυξη της εταιρείας.
  • Μελέτη και υποστήριξη προτάσεων αντιπαροχής ή ανταλλαγής.
  • Ενεργή συμμετοχή στον σχεδιασμό και την εφαρμογή της στρατηγικής Πωλήσεων και Marketing, περιλαμβανομένης της παρακολούθησης των Social Media, του Website και της αποτελεσματικότητας των διαφημίσεων της εταιρείας.
  • Στενή συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια τμήματα της εταιρείας, περιλαμβανομένων των τμημάτων Σχεδιασμού, Τιμολόγησης και Κατασκευών, για την ορθή ενημέρωση και εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών και την ομαλή παράδοση των έργων.

Επαγγελματική, έντιμη και ακριβής εκπροσώπηση της εταιρείας, εφαρμογή οργανωτικών διαδικασιών για την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του τμήματος πωλήσεων και εκτέλεση άλλων εύλογων και συναφών καθηκόντων της θέσης.

Απαιτήσεις:

Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στις πωλήσεις, κατά προτίμηση στον κατασκευαστικό ή/και κτηματομεσιτικό κλάδο.

  • Αποδεδειγμένη ικανότητα επίτευξης στόχων πωλήσεων.
  • Άριστη χρήση ηλεκτρονικού υπολογιστή, διαδικτυακών εφαρμογών και Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ισχυρές δεξιότητες εξυπηρέτησης πελατών, πωλήσεων, διαπραγμάτευσης και διαπροσωπικής επικοινωνίας.
  • Εχεμύθεια, υπευθυνότητα, οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα ανάληψης πρωτοβουλιών.
  • Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα, αναλυτική σκέψη και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα.

Πτυχίο ή σχετική κατάρτιση σε συναφή κλάδο με τον κατασκευαστικό ή κτηματομεσιτικό τομέα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
