Job Title: Junior Accountant- Cost Control & Purchasing (Hotel)

Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Reports to: Finance Manager / Director of Finance

Working Hours: Full time (8: 00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Salary: € 1,300- €1,600/ month (Depending on experience)

About the Role

Our company is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant- Cost Control & Purchasing to join our team. In this role, you will support our cost control processes, purchasing management, and inventory oversight to ensure efficient and smooth operations across all hotel departments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily cost control, F&B cost analysis, and stock variance management.
  • Assist with purchasing procedures, price verification, and supplier invoice checks.
  • Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper stock management to minimize losses.
  • Assist with month- end closing, preparation of financial reports, and account reconciliations.
  • Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize internal processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hotel accounting, cost control, or purchasing is considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Η εταιρεία μας αναζητά έναν Βοηθό Λογιστηρίου/ Ελέγχου Κόστους & Προμηθειών για την υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών ελέγχου κόστους, διαχείρισης προμηθειών και αποθεμάτων, εξασφαλίζοντας την αποτελεσματική και ομαλή λειτουργία των τμημάτων του ξενοδοχείου.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποστήριξη του ελέγχου κόστους, της ανάλυσης F&B και της διαχείρισης διαφορών αποθεμάτων.
  • Υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών προμηθειών, ελέγχου τιμών και επαλήθευσης τιμολογίων προμηθευτών.
  • Παρακολούθηση κινήσεων αποθεμάτων και διασφάλιση ορθής διαχείρισης για μείωση απωλειών.
  • Υποστήριξη στο κλείσιμο του μήνα, στην εκπόνηση οικονομικών αναφορών και συμφωνιών.
  • Συνεργασία με τα τμήματα Προμηθειών, Οικονομικών και Λειτουργίας για τη βελτιστοποίηση των διαδικασιών.

Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα

  • Πτυχίο ή δίπλωμα στα Λογιστικά, Οικονομικά ή συναφή αντικείμενα.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε ξενοδοχειακή λογιστική, έλεγχο κόστους ή προμήθειες θεωρείται επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Άριστη γνώση Excel και αναλυτική σκέψη.
  • Υψηλό επίπεδο προσοχής στη λεπτομέρεια και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.
