Η εταιρεία μας, με έδρα τη Λάρνακα, αναζητά έναν φιλόδοξο Junior Sales Account Manager για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα μας. Αν είσαι επικοινωνιακός, μαθαίνεις γρήγορα και θέλεις να αναπτυχθείς επαγγελματικά σε ένα διεθνές περιβάλλον, αυτή η θέση είναι για σένα!

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Προώθηση & Πώληση: Προώθηση καινοτόμων λύσεων πληρωμών (POS συστήματα, τερματικά, pinpads).
  • Ανάπτυξη Πελατολογίου: Εντοπισμός νέων επιχειρηματικών ευκαιριών και δημιουργία leads.
  • Παρουσιάσεις: Επισκέψεις σε υποψήφιους πελάτες και απλή/ξεκάθαρη παρουσίαση των λύσεων μας.
  • Συμβουλευτική Πώληση: Κατανόηση των αναγκών του πελάτη και πρόταση της κατάλληλης τεχνικής λύσης.
  • Υποστήριξη Marketing: Συμμετοχή σε καμπάνιες, δραστηριότητες marketing και λανσαρίσματα νέων προϊόντων.
  • Συντονισμός: Συνεργασία με την τεχνική ομάδα για επιδείξεις (demos), εγκαταστάσεις και onboarding πελατών.
  • CRM: Διαχείριση και ενημέρωση των αρχείων πωλήσεων στο CRM.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Επίπεδο: Junior (Προηγούμενη εμπειρία στις πωλήσεις θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν, αλλά δεν είναι απαραίτητη).
  • Υπόβαθρο: Τεχνικό υπόβαθρο ή έντονο ενδιαφέρον για την τεχνολογία και το Fintech.
  • Δεξιότητες: Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας και παρουσίασης.
  • Προσωπικότητα: Αυτοπεποίθηση, προδραστικότητα (proactive) και προσήλωση στους στόχους.
  • Γλώσσες: Άριστη γνώση Ελληνικών και Αγγλικών.
  • Άδεια Οδήγησης: Απαραίτητη (Mandatory).

Our company, based in Larnaca, is looking for an ambitious Junior Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. If you are a confident communicator, a fast learner, and eager to grow professionally within an international environment, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote & Sell: Drive the sale of innovative payment solutions, including POS systems, terminals, and pinpads.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate high-quality leads.
  • Client Presentations: Visit potential customers to present our solutions in a clear, simple, and effective manner.
  • Consultative Approach: Understand customer needs and recommend the right technical solutions.
  • Marketing Support: Assist in marketing activities, campaigns, and new product launches.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the technical team for product demos, installations, and client onboarding.
  • CRM Management: Maintain updated records of sales activities and reporting within the CRM.

Requirements

  • Level: Junior (Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory).
  • Background: Technical background or a strong interest in technology and fintech solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Mindset: Confident, proactive, target-oriented, and a fast learner.
  • Languages: Fluent in both Greek and English.
  • Driving License: Mandatory.
