Marketing Assistant

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to the company's advertising campaigns. Your main responsibilities will include conducting market research, producing promotional materials, and analyzing sales data.

The ideal candidate will be able to interpret consumer behavior and suggest creative ways to increase brand awareness.

If you possess excellent communication skills and a passion for advertising strategies, we would love to meet you. Essentially, you will ensure that our company's marketing efforts contribute directly to achieving our short-term and long-term business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to analyze customer behavior (e.g., purchasing habits, trends, and preferences)
  • Design and execute successful marketing campaigns
  • Establish tracking systems for online marketing activities
  • Monitor progress alongside Marketing Managers and/or Marketing Specialists
  • Identify and analyze competitors
  • Compile reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Collaborate with the Design Department to produce promotional materials
  • Write clear and compelling product marketing copy
  • Organize promotional activities for new products/services
  • Prepare forecasts (monthly, quarterly, and annual)

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Marketing Executive or in a similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with research methods using data analytics software
  • Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics tools, and Google AdWords
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and CMS (Content Management Systems)
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

  • Συνεργασία με το Τμήμα Σχεδιασμού για την παραγωγή υλικού προώθησης
  • Συγγραφή κειμένων μάρκετινγκ προϊόντων με σαφήνεια
  • Διοργάνωση δραστηριοτήτων προώθησης για νέα προϊόντα/υπηρεσίες
  • Σύνταξη (μηνιαίων, τριμηνιαίων και ετήσιων) προβλέψεων

Απαιτήσεις

  • Αποδεδειγμένη εργασιακή εμπειρία ως Στέλεχος Μάρκετινγκ ή σε παρόμοια θέση
  • Γνώση συμβατικών και ψηφιακών εργαλείων μάρκετινγκ
  • Εμπειρία στις ερευνητικές μεθόδους, χρησιμοποιώντας λογισμικό ανάλυσης δεδομένων
  • Γνώση σε καμπάνιες SEO/SEM θα θεωρηθούν πλεονέκτημα
  • Άριστες δεξιότητες χρήσης υπολογιστών, συμπεριλαμβανομένων MS Office, εργαλείων ανάλυσης ιστού και Google Adwords
  • Εξοικείωση με τη χρήση λογισμικού Διαχείρισης Πελατειακών Σχέσεων και Συστημάτων Διαχείρισης Περιεχομένου
