Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie führen, nach Einarbeitung, eigenständig Voruntersuchungen und bildgebende Diagnostik durch
  • Die Patientenaufnahme und -verwaltung gehören ebenso zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich, wie die die Vergabe von Terminen und die Abwicklung von Patientenanliegen
  • Sie sind für die medizinische Dokumentation, sowie für die Vorbereitung von Formularen und Arztbriefen verantwortlich
  • Sie bestellen und prüfen Sprechstunden- und Praxisbedarf
  • Die Erledigung allgemeiner Büro- und Verwaltungstätigkeiten sind für Sie selbstverständlich

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r
  • Sie sind Team-Player
  • Sie sind hilfsbereit, einfühlsam und freundlich und der Umgang mit Menschen und Patienten bereitet Ihnen viel Freude
  • Sie behalten auch in Zeiten mit hohem Arbeitsaufkommen einen kühlen Kopf
  • Sie verfügen über fundierte EDV-Kenntnisse (MS-Office, Umgang mit einer Praxis-Software)
  • Sie können sich sowohl schriftlich als auch im Gespräch sehr gut in Deutsch ausdrücken
