Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie sind für den Kontenabgleich und das Mahnwesen von Patienten, Krankenkassen und Ärzten verantwortlich
  • Sie bestellen Büromaterial und Klinikbedarf
  • Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Verwaltung und Pflege unseres Bewerberportals und unterstützen im Bewerbermanagement und Recruiting Prozess
  • Die Veröffentlichung von Stellenanzeigen, Bewerberkorrespondenz und Koordination von Vorstellungsgesprächen gehören ebenso zu Ihren Tätigkeiten
  • Sie überwachen und organisieren die Betriebsärztlichen Vorsorgen für unsere Mitarbeiter/innen
  • Zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet gehört die Belegbuchung der Barkassen
  • Sie leeren die Kassen der Automaten, zählen und buchen die Einnahmen
  • Sie bereiten die Unterlagen für unsere jährliche Inventur vor und nach
  • Weitere administrative Aufgaben, wie z.B. Bearbeitung der täglichen Eingangspost, Registratur u.ä. sind für sie selbstverständlich

Ihr Profil

  • Sie verfügen über eine kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder weisen entsprechende Berufserfahrung vor
  • Sie arbeiten äußerst sogfältig und genau
  • Sie verfügen über ein hohes Zuverlässigkeits- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sie haben Freude in der Zusammenarbeit im Team
  • Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sie besitzen gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sind offen für digitale Prozesse
