Wat ga jij doen in deze rol?

Als Consultant Financiën & Operatie help je opdrachtgevers hun financiën en bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren, zodat zij meer inzicht, efficiëntie en rust ervaren. Je combineert financiële werkzaamheden met het signaleren en doorvoeren van procesverbeteringen, en adviseert organisaties op tactisch en operationeel niveau bij financiële en procesmatige vraagstukken.

Concreet houd je je bezig met onder andere het automatiseren en verbeteren van processen, het opstellen van begrotingen en investeringsplannen, het inzichtelijk maken van data via bijvoorbeeld KPI-dashboards, en het optimaliseren van de financiële administratie. Je initieert en begeleidt verbeterprojecten op het gebied van financiën, werkprocessen en automatisering en bent daarbij een betrokken en waardevolle sparringpartner voor mkb-bedrijven.

Wanneer pas jij binnen ons team?

Voor deze rol is het belangrijk dat je ruime ervaring in het vakgebied meebrengt, bij voorkeur meer dan vijf jaar relevante werkervaring. Je hebt een bedrijfskundige (opleidings)achtergrond en beschikt over sterk cijfermatig inzicht, analytisch vermogen en de drive om anderen te begeleiden bij verandering of je kennis te delen met teamleden bij complexe vraagstukken.

Hoe zal jouw werkdag/werkweek eruit zien?

Dat kan sterk variëren en hangt af van de opdrachten van onze klanten. Jouw collega’s hebben, naast hun reguliere beheertaken, opdrachten uitgevoerd zoals het leiden van automatiseringsprojecten, het structureren van de financiële administratie, het optimaliseren van werkprocessen op basis van een organisatieanalyse en het begeleiden van een systeemmigratie. Je kunt uitgaan van 3 à 4 verschillende klantopdrachten per week (afhankelijk van de omvang van de opdracht), waarbij je werkzaamheden uitvoert vanaf de locatie van de klant.
