Ben jij een ervaren closer die de juiste vragen stelt, zakelijke behoeften scherp krijgt en gesprekken omzet in klanten? Bij Maximizd zoeken we een High Ticket Closer voor onze recruitmentmarketing diensten.

Wij helpen bedrijven hun vacatures in te vullen met gerichte social media campagnes. Jij laat potentiële klanten zien hoe onze aanpak op hun wervingsuitdagingen en begeleidt hen naar een samenwerking.

Wat ga je doen?

Je voert salesgesprekken met potentiële klanten. De afspraken worden voor je ingepland en komen vornamelijk voort uit telemarketing. Je werkt met twee soorten afspraken:

  • Prioriteitsafspraken: gesprekken die binnen onze opvolging voorrang krijgen
  • Eerste kennismakingen: verkennende gesprekken waarin je de behoefte, interesse en mogelijke aansluiting bij onze diensten onderzoekt.

Niet iedere prospect zit dus in dezelfde fase. Jij kunt zowel een eerste kennismaking verder ontwikkelen als een concrete verkoopkans naar een deal begeleiden.

Daarnaast:

  • Breng je situatie, uitdagingen en doelen van de prospect in kaart.
  • Presenteer je onze diensten op een heldere en relevante manier
  • Beantwoord je vragen en bezwaren met overtuiging en respect
  • Zorg je voor duidelijke vervolgstappen en actieve opvolging
  • Houd je het CRM zorgvuldig bij en stem je af met ons team
