Als Recruitment Marketeer bij Maximizd ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het succes van onze campagnes en onze klanten. Je schakelt direct met opdrachtgevers, zet campagnes op, optimaliseert continu en zorgt dat vacatures succesvol worden ingevuld. Met ons unieke all-in recruitmentsysteem zet je doelgerichte campagnes op via Meta. Dit doe je voor MKB tot corporates.

Als Recruitment Marketeer ben je een essentieel onderdeel van onze ambitieuze start-up die de recruitmentwereld wil transformeren. Samen met een team van ervaren recruitment marketeers, grafisch designers en recruitment consultants ontzorgen wij onze members.

Jouw profiel

  • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als Recruitment Marketeer (eis);
  • Ervaring met de businessmanager van Meta (eis);
  • Ervaring met ATS-systemen en/of automatiseringstools (pre);
  • Je bent een professionele gesprekspartner en werkt goed samen met klanten en collega’s;
  • Je hebt een creatief oog en weet wat de doelgroep aanspreekt;
