Ben jij nauwkeurig, klantgericht en houd je ervan om administratieve processen perfect op orde te hebben? Wil je werken binnen een hecht team waar jouw inzet direct bijdraagt aan de dienstverlening voor zorginstellingen? Dan is deze functie bij Sovib in Rotterdam iets voor jou. Sovib is dé verzekeringsspecialist voor de zorgsector en zoekt een enthousiaste Administratief Medewerker Schade / Relatiebeheerder Binnendienst om het team te versterken.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Relatiebeheerder Zakelijke Schadeverzekeringen ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, accountmanagers en verzekeraars. Je zorgt ervoor dat administratieve processen soepel verlopen en ondersteunt klanten bij vragen over hun verzekeringen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Verwerken van poliswijzigingen, nieuwe polissen en beëindigingen
  • Beheren en actualiseren van klantdossiers
  • Telefonisch en per e-mail beantwoorden van vragen van klanten
  • Ondersteunen van accountmanagers bij klantafspraken
  • Verzamelen en verwerken van klantinformatie
  • Bewaken van administratieve processen en deadlines
  • Zorgdragen voor een correcte en nauwkeurige administratie

Wat vragen wij?

  • MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau
  • Ervaring in een administratieve functie, bij voorkeur binnen de verzekeringsbranche
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkwijze
  • Klantgerichte instelling en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Wft Basis, Schade Particulier en Schade Zakelijk of bereid deze te behalen
  • Ervaring met DIAS is een pré
  • Beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
