Analista de Ciberseguridad / Security Engineer Semi Senior

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group busca un/a Security Consultant Semi Senior con experiencia en seguridad de aplicaciones y DevSecOps para sumarse a una entidad del sector bancario.

El rol trabaja junto a las células de desarrollo, a nivel código, para que la seguridad se diseñe desde el inicio y se automatice dentro del pipeline de entrega.

EL DESAFÍO

Llevar la seguridad al corazón del desarrollo: definir Security by Design con los equipos técnicos y convertirlo en controles automáticos que escalen.

Vas a endurecer el pipeline de CI/CD, construir reglas y automatizaciones como código, y calibrar los controles para que protejan sin frenar a los equipos.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Trabajar a nivel código junto a las células de desarrollo, construyendo la solución de seguridad con el equipo técnico (desarrollo seguro).
  • Participar en el entendimiento de las soluciones para definir el Security by Design y proponer nuevos controles automáticos.
  • Diseñar, configurar y escalar la cobertura y los criterios de enforcement de los controles de seguridad en CI/CD (hardening del pipeline).
  • Construir mecanismos, reglas y automatizaciones de Security-as-Code integradas al pipeline.
  • Ajustar la precisión de las validaciones automatizadas para reducir falsos positivos y fricción sin debilitar la protección.
  • Evaluar, prototipar e integrar nuevas tecnologías de seguridad con foco en escalabilidad.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

  • Experiencia en seguridad de aplicaciones (AppSec) y ciberseguridad aplicada al desarrollo.
  • Experiencia en prácticas DevSecOps e integración de controles de seguridad en pipelines CI/CD.
  • Capacidad para trabajar a nivel código junto a equipos de desarrollo.
  • Experiencia automatizando controles de seguridad (Security-as-Code).

CONOCIMIENTOS DESEABLES

  • Experiencia en el sector bancario o financiero.
  • Experiencia evaluando e integrando nuevas herramientas de seguridad.
