Consultor/a Funcional SAP Compras y Materiales – Soporte L2

MaxIT Consulting – Max Corporate Group busca un/a Consultor/a SAP MM Semi Senior para sumarse al servicio de soporte funcional sobre SAP S/4HANA de una compañía multinacional de consumo masivo.

El rol forma parte del equipo de soporte de segundo nivel (L2), con foco en el proceso Source to Pay: compras, abastecimiento y gestión de materiales.

EL DESAFÍO

Cada incidente en compras, inventarios o verificación de facturas impacta directamente en la operación de las tiendas y en el abastecimiento.

Vas a analizar y resolver esos incidentes, encontrar su causa raíz y proponer soluciones que eviten que se repitan, coordinando con el nivel 3 cuando corresponda.

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES

  • Resolver incidentes funcionales de segundo nivel (L2) en SAP MM: documentos de compras, datos maestros de materiales y proveedores, inventarios y movimientos de mercancía.
  • Dar soporte al proceso Source to Pay: solicitudes de pedido, órdenes de compra, entradas de mercancía y verificación de facturas.
  • Analizar errores operativos, identificar causas raíz y proponer soluciones dentro del alcance L2.
  • Diagnosticar sobre la parametrización funcional existente.
  • Ejecutar pruebas funcionales, validar correcciones y documentar las soluciones.
  • Gestionar incidentes complejos, coordinar escalaciones a L3 y darles seguimiento hasta su resolución.
  • Acompañar a los usuarios y ayudar a prevenir incidentes recurrentes.

REQUISITOS EXCLUYENTES

  • Experiencia en soporte funcional SAP MM, principalmente en compras, abastecimiento y gestión de materiales.
  • Conocimiento del proceso Source to Pay (S2P): solicitudes de pedido, órdenes de compra, entradas de mercancía y verificación de facturas.
  • Experiencia en resolución de incidentes sobre documentos de compras, datos maestros, inventarios y movimientos de mercancía.
  • Conocimiento de la integración de SAP MM con FI/CO y con los procesos logísticos.
  • Experiencia en pruebas funcionales y documentación de soluciones.
  • Español fluido y disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de México.

CONOCIMIENTOS DESEABLES

  • Experiencia en SAP S/4HANA.
  • Manejo de herramientas de gestión de tickets, preferentemente ServiceNow.
  • Inglés (deseable, no excluyente).
