MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group, empresa líder en servicios de outsourcing especializados para grandes compañías a nivel local e internacional, se encuentra en búsqueda de un/a Líder Experto SAP SD – S/4HANA para sumarse a una importante célula logística de trabajo en un proyecto de alto impacto para una compañía del rubro energético / Oil & Gas.

La célula está conformada por consultores SAP, desarrolladores, TPOs, QAs, testers y líderes expertos, trabajando bajo un esquema colaborativo orientado a la entrega continua de soluciones robustas y sustentables.

Líder Experto SAP SD – S/4HANA

Modalidad: Freelance / Contractor full-time durante los primeros 3 meses, con posterior pase a relación de dependencia con nuestro partner. Lugar de trabajo: Remoto, con posibilidad de reuniones presenciales a demanda en Puerto Madero, CABA. Disponibilidad: Inmediata, una vez aprobado el proceso de entrevistas. Vacante: 1 posición.

Descripción del rol

Buscamos un/a Líder Experto SAP SD con sólidos conocimientos funcionales y técnicos, experiencia en implementaciones SAP S/4HANA y capacidad para guiar equipos en la toma de decisiones técnicas, arquitectura de soluciones, buenas prácticas SAP y definición de estrategias dentro de una célula logística de trabajo.

La persona seleccionada será referente técnico del producto bajo su responsabilidad, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de plataforma, disciplinas, áreas de soporte a la operación y stakeholders del negocio.

Requisitos principales

  • Experiencia sólida como SAP SD Consultant / Líder Experto SAP SD.
  • Al menos 4 años de experiencia en implementaciones SAP S/4HANA.
  • Conocimiento profundo del módulo SAP SD y sus procesos asociados.
  • Conocimientos de SAP Desarrollo, customizing, órdenes de transporte y buenas prácticas SAP.
  • Experiencia trabajando en células ágiles o equipos multidisciplinarios.
  • Capacidad para participar en definiciones técnicas, arquitectura de soluciones y mejores prácticas de desarrollo/configuración.
  • Habilidad para analizar factibilidad técnica y proponer mejoras sobre procesos y soluciones aplicativas.
  • Excelente comunicación con equipos técnicos, funcionales, stakeholders y áreas de negocio.

  • Perfil proactivo para detectar mejoras, anticipar riesgos y acompañar la evolución del producto.

Responsabilidades clave

  • Guiar al equipo en aspectos técnicos complejos y específicos del producto.
  • Colaborar en decisiones sobre tecnologías, herramientas, arquitectura del sistema y mejores prácticas SAP.
  • Trabajar junto a torres de plataforma, equipos de disciplinas y áreas de apoyo a la operación para resolver problemas técnicos complejos.
  • Ser responsable de la comunicación técnica sobre el producto bajo su responsabilidad.
  • Participar en la estimación de esfuerzos y planificación de sprints junto con POs y el resto del team.
  • Asegurar la transmisión de conocimiento técnico, estándares y buenas prácticas al equipo.
  • Colaborar en el marco de entrega continua para garantizar entregas regulares, consistentes y de alta calidad.
  • Intervenir eventualmente en el desarrollo o configuración de componentes tecnológicos que no puedan ser realizados por el team por responsabilidad interna o segregación de funciones.
  • Apoyar al TPO ante desbordes de capacidad en evaluaciones de factibilidad técnica, propuestas de mejora, visualización de nuevos productos/proyectos y estimaciones iniciales de evolución.

Condiciones y beneficios

  • Contratación inicial freelance / contractor full-time por 3 meses.
  • Posterior pase a relación de dependencia con nuestro partner.
  • Modalidad principalmente remota.
  • Posibilidad de participar en un proyecto activo, con células de trabajo ya operando.
