En MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group seguimos creciendo

Actualmente nos encontramos acompañando a un cliente del rubro bancario en un programa estratégico de transformación empresarial, vinculado a la implementación de un nuevo Core Bancario.

- Ubicación: Huancayo, Perú - Modalidad: Híbrida (aprox. 50% onsite) - Duración: Proyecto a largo plazo - Tipo de contratación: Freelance - Vacantes: 2 posiciones

Descripción del rol

Buscamos Consultores PMO con experiencia en gestión de proyectos, para sumarse a un programa de transformación de gran escala dentro del sector financiero.

El rol tendrá un fuerte foco en el seguimiento operativo, control de avances, gestión de riesgos y reporting, colaborando activamente con los distintos frentes del programa.

Requisitos

- Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Consultor PMO / Project Control / Project Management - Experiencia en proyectos de Core Bancario o transformación dentro del sector financiero - Conocimiento en soluciones Core Banking (ej: Topaz, Temenos, Bantotal u otras) - Experiencia en gestión y seguimiento de proyectos complejos - Conocimiento en metodologías de gestión (PMI, Agile y/o Scrum) - Experiencia en elaboración de reportes, KPIs y dashboards - Formación universitaria en carreras afines a Sistemas, Ingeniería o Ciencias Económicas - Estudios de posgrado o maestría (deseable)

Responsabilidades

- Gestionar y controlar el portafolio de proyectos del programa - Realizar seguimiento de avances, hitos, entregables y dependencias - Monitorear riesgos y asegurar su correcta gestión - Administrar el control de cambios (change management) - Consolidar reportes y generar dashboards ejecutivos - Gestionar y mantener actualizada la documentación del proyecto - Brindar soporte metodológico a los equipos - Coordinar reuniones y realizar seguimiento de acuerdos - Asegurar la trazabilidad de decisiones y entregables

Condiciones adicionales

Posibilidad de viáticos y alojamiento para profesionales que residan fuera de la ciudad de Huancayo (sujeto a evaluación)
