En MaxIT Consulting - Max Corporate Group nos encontramos acompañando un importante proyecto internacional vinculado a soluciones de gestión de capital humano y nómina, incorporando un/a:

Senior SAP HCM Payroll Application Support Consultant

Modalidad: 100% Home Office – Argentina Tipo de contratación: Full Time | RRDD Participación en proyectos y soporte regional/global

Buscamos profesionales senior con sólida experiencia en SAP HCM Payroll Argentina, orientados a soporte funcional avanzado y configuración de nómina, capaces de involucrarse rápidamente en entornos dinámicos y de alta demanda.

Principales responsabilidades

- Brindar soporte funcional de segundo nivel sobre SAP HCM Payroll - Resolver incidentes y requerimientos dentro de acuerdos SLA - Analizar, investigar y documentar soluciones funcionales - Configurar reglas y esquemas de nómina SAP - Realizar pruebas unitarias sobre ajustes y mejoras implementadas - Elaborar especificaciones funcionales para equipos técnicos (ABAP) - Participar en solicitudes de cambio y mejoras evolutivas - Interactuar con equipos regionales y stakeholders del negocio - Colaborar como referente técnico-funcional dentro del equipo

Requisitos requeridos

- Experiencia sólida en SAP HCM Payroll Argentina - Conocimientos avanzados en configuración de reglas de nómina - Experiencia en soporte funcional o proyectos de implementación SAP HCM - Experiencia en módulo PA (Personnel Administration) - Conocimiento en procesos de post-payroll y contabilización - Experiencia confeccionando especificaciones funcionales para ABAP - Conocimiento de legislación laboral y procesos de nómina local - Capacidad para trabajar sobre múltiples prioridades y escenarios críticos - Perfil autónomo, orientado al cliente y al trabajo en equipo

Se valorará

- Experiencia en módulos PT (Time Management) y OM (Organizational Management) - Conocimientos de ABAP - Participación en ciclos completos de implementación SAP HCM - Inglés escrito avanzado y conversación intermedia
