En esta ocasión, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Consultor SAP HCM-PY (Sr) - Especialista en MyTimesheet - Proyecto S/4HANA para cubrir una vacante en Buenos Aires. Nuestro Partner se trata de una multinacional norteamericana de tecnología y consultoría, con IMPORTANTE reconocimiento y trayectoria a nivel internacional, amplia presencia a los largo del globo con distintos servicios de Tecnología y en continua expansión. Excelentes posibilidades de crecimiento y estabilidad en puesto a largo plazo.

Se requieren candidatos de CABA o GBA para trabajar bajo modalidad Relación de Dependencia (RRDD) con nuestro Partner y disponibilidad para trabajar de Lunes a Viernes Full Time(no se admite ni part-time ni ondemand de momento), Modalidad de trabajo Remota con 1/2 asistencias semanales en CABA.

La búsqueda está orientada a cubrir las necesidades de un Proyecto de Implementación SAP S/4HANA a largo plazo. Rubro Oil&Gas de capitales brasileños.

Skills / Requisitos técnicos: - Experiencia en MyTimesheet y Payroll (PY): Conocimiento sólido en la configuración y gestión de MyTimesheet en SAP HCM, integrando el registro de tiempos con Payroll para asegurar cálculos precisos de salarios y beneficios. - Proyecto S/4HANA: Experiencia previa en implementaciones y migraciones de S/4HANA, con enfoque en la integración de funcionalidades de MyTimesheet. - Integración de Time Data y Payroll: Conocimiento avanzado sobre la integración de datos de tiempo (recogidos en MyTimesheet) para su uso en Payroll, incluyendo validación y procesamiento de horas trabajadas y extras. - Configuración de MyTimesheet: Experiencia en la configuración de tipos de registro de tiempo, esquemas de aprobación y procesos de carga de datos de tiempos en SAP. - Familiaridad con SAP Fiori: Experiencia en el uso y configuración de SAP Fiori para la gestión de registros de tiempo y navegación amigable para los empleados. - Cumplimiento Legal de Tiempo de Trabajo: Conocimiento sobre las normativas locales en Argentina sobre tiempo de trabajo y su correcta implementación dentro de MyTimesheet para garantizar el cumplimiento. - Capacitación y Soporte a Usuarios: Capacidad para proporcionar soporte y formación a usuarios clave en la correcta utilización de MyTimesheet y la interacción con los módulos de nómina.
