En esta ocasión, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un Consultor SAP HCM - PY (SSr/Sr) para cubrir una vacante en Buenos Aires. Nuestro Partner se trata de un grupo de empresas locales especializado en soluciones SAP para la gestión del capital humano, ofreciendo servicios en SAP HCM y SAP SuccessFactors. Con sede en Buenos Aires, brinda asesoramiento estratégico para optimizar la administración del talento en organizaciones de diversas industrias.

Se requieren candidatos de cualquier provincia de Argentina para trabajar de lunes a viernes bajo modalidad Relación de Dependencia (RRDD) (preferentemente) y Full-Time o sino Freelance | Contractor y Full-Time con un mínimo de disponibilidad de 120 horas mensuales. Nuestro Partner actualmente tienes diferentes Proyectos con y sin S/4HANA. Modalidad de trabajo Híbrida (1 día onsite p/ perfiles de AMBA, resto remoto) en Belgrano, CABA. En caso de que el candidato sea del interior, la asignación será Full-Remoto.

Responsabilidades y Funciones: - Apoyar en la configuración e implementación de soluciones SAP. - Analizar en profundidad los procesos de gestión de recursos humanos de los clientes. - Ofrecer soporte técnico y asesoramiento para la resolución de incidencias. - Contribuir a la capacitación de los usuarios finales en el uso de las soluciones implementadas. - Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de proyecto para asegurar la correcta ejecución y entrega de los mismos.

Requisitos: - Experiencia mínima de 3 años en SAP HCM, específicamente en el módulo de Nómina (PY). - Conocimientos avanzados en la parametrización de esquemas y reglas dentro del sistema. - Capacidad para evaluar y comprender los procesos de RRHH de los clientes. - Habilidad para desempeñarse tanto de manera autónoma como en equipo. - Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para realizar presentaciones efectivas. - Familiaridad con las mejores prácticas en consultoría SAP.
