MaxIT Consulting Max Corporate Group se encuentra acompañando a un importante cliente del rubro Consumer Product en un proyecto de migración SAP ECC S/4HANA, y nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a PMO Cut Over Manager Senior para sumarse al equipo.

- Inicio: Fines de diciembre 2025 / primeros días de enero 2026 - Modalidad: Híbrida zonas Pacheco y Olivos | hasta 3 veces por semana onsite - Duración: 12 meses - Contratación: Freelance Full-Time (no se admite part-time ni esquema on-demand)

Rol: PMO Cut Over Manager Proyecto S/4HANA Será responsable de planificar, coordinar y ejecutar todas las actividades relacionadas con el cutover entre los sistemas actuales y el nuevo entorno SAP. Su misión es garantizar una transición fluida, minimizar riesgos y asegurar la continuidad operativa durante el go-live. Además, brindará soporte a la PMO en tareas de gobierno y seguimiento general del proyecto.

Responsabilidades Principales - Planificar y gestionar el Plan de Cutover, definiendo hitos, dependencias, entregables y criterios de éxito. - Coordinar actividades con equipos funcionales, técnicos, BASIS, data migration, testing, infraestructura y negocio. - Integrar los planes de cutover de los distintos módulos SAP (FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, entre otros) en un plan maestro. - Coordinar y ejecutar mock runs, validando resultados y ajustando futuras corridas. - Administrar la ventana de go-live, gestionando tiempos, recursos e incidentes. - Gestionar la comunicación y reportes de avance hacia la PMO y el Steering Committee. - Supervisar los planes de contingencia y rollback ante posibles fallos en la salida productiva. - Colaborar en estrategias de UAT, migración de datos y readiness del negocio. - Documentar lecciones aprendidas y elaborar el post-cutover report.

Requisitos del Perfil - 5+ años de experiencia en gestión de proyectos SAP. - Participación en al menos 2 proyectos desempeñando el rol de Cutover Manager. - Experiencia en implementaciones o rollouts SAP S/4HANA o ECC. - Conocimiento profundo en procesos de migración, testing, integración y gestión de go-live. - Sólida capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y proveedores externos. - Excelentes habilidades de planificación, comunicación, gestión de riesgos y toma de decisiones bajo presión. - Inglés nivel lecto-comprensivo avanzado para documentación SAP.
