En MaxIT estamos en búsqueda de un Incident Manager Senior / Líder de Operaciones de Soporte y Monitoreo para sumarse a un proyecto desafiante y de alta disponibilidad. La posición es bajo modalidad Contractor con dedicación full-time y esquema presencial en CABA. Tu trabajo será clave para garantizar la continuidad operativa y la experiencia de millones de usuarios en la región.

Rol y contexto

Serás responsable de liderar las operaciones de soporte técnico y monitoreo en una estructura de alta criticidad, integrada por Mesa de Ayuda (N1/N2), Incident Management y Tech Command Center (TCC). Tu misión será coordinar la gestión integral de incidentes que impacten al negocio, anticipar problemas mediante monitoreo proactivo, impulsar la mejora continua y consolidar métricas de desempeño, trabajando con equipos multidisciplinarios.

Responsabilidades clave

-️ Liderar y coordinar la operación de la Mesa de Ayuda y el equipo TCC. ️-️ Supervisar y colaborar con los 3 Incident Managers responsables de la operación 24x7x365 (incidentes P1 y P2).

️-️ Gestionar y priorizar incidentes críticos (P1-P2) con respuesta rápida, efectiva y documentada. -️ ️Coordinar entre equipos técnicos (Front, Back, Infraestructura, Aplicaciones) para asegurar resolución eficiente.

️-️ Supervisar el monitoreo proactivo de infraestructura y aplicaciones.

️-️ Asegurar cobertura de servicios regionales (Perú y Panamá).

️-️ Presentar mensualmente KPIs y reportes de incidentes y requerimientos.

️-️ Identificar oportunidades de mejora continua y optimización de procesos. ️-️ Participar en simulacros y capacitaciones para fortalecer la madurez operativa.

Requisitos técnicos y deseables

️-️ Título universitario en Sistemas, Ingeniería o afín.

️-️ +5 años liderando operaciones de soporte, mesas de ayuda y/o gestión de incidentes en entornos críticos.

️-️ Experiencia sólida en gestión de incidentes, monitoreo y herramientas ITSM.

️-️ Conocimientos de marcos ITIL (Incidentes, Problemas, Operaciones).

️-️ Coordinación de equipos técnicos en entornos de alta presión.

️-️ Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito). -️ Deseable: certificaciones ITIL, PMP u otras vinculadas a operaciones y soporte técnico.
